Needs some TLC The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. When we arrived in the room, we attempted to close the black-out shade on the window, for some privacy and quickly discovered that one did not exist. We felt very exposed and uncomfortable in our own room with only a light shade covering the window. The window itself provided a great view of the dilapidated wooden fence and unkempt grass (complete with beer cans). The shower head leaked, causing it to spray the entire bathroom every time we used it. Getting a shower was a battle trying to keep the current closed so that you didn't soak the entire room. The toilet flush handle would stick constantly, causing us to "jiggle the handle", just to keep the toilet from running. There was also mold on the shower seat (very gross). We paid over $150 for this room, and felt like we were staying in a shady 2-star motel. When we contacted management to express our dissatisfaction, they simply said 'thank you for your feedback, we will use this as a teaching moment' (my paraphrase). There was no attempt to gather more details or rectify the situation. We will not be using the hotel again, and will not be recommending them in the future.

Bad experience - apparently way understaffed Reserved two rooms. One for my family and one for my in laws. We arrived shortly after 5pm, hoping to freshen up before 6:30pm dinner reservations. Even after requesting early check in, as well as checking in through the Bonvoy app before arriving, our room was not ready. We spent Almost 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for our room. We had to share with our in-laws before dinner because their room wasn’t ready until after we got back from dinner. In addition, there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed, and no extra towels or pillows as requested on the online reservation. The hotel bar closed at 10pm on a Saturday, which seemed a bit early for a hotel bar. I really felt sorry for the lady at the front desk (Brittany). It was obvious she was overwhelmed with guests needing rooms that were not ready (there were others besides us), and I also overheard another guest complaining about a dirty bathroom and wanting to move to another hotel. I think we will try somewhere else next time. I really expected better of a Marriott branded property.

Left after one night Nit a great experience. Other family members room was so dirty (leftover pizza and confetti everywhere in the ‘cleaned’ room) they went elsewhere so we didn’t get to stay together the first night. Rooms are just okay, hotel layout was weird and smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. Left to stay at Fairfield for the 2nd night of our stay. Wouldn’t recommend.
