Platinum Members Means Nothing Every time I stay at the Arlington location I can never get a 2 hour late checkout they said this location doesn’t honor platinum membership late check out .. so they gave me until 12 I went to breakfast at 9:30 when I came back around 10:45 my room was been cleaned bad service I only use this location because of price..

I would not recommend Quality Inn quality is not there at all. Dirty rooms, torn carpet, sink water doesn’t drain properly, bugs coming out of the bathroom sink, and stained sink. Room smells as well. Breakfast is mostly cereal, waffles, yogurt, juice and coffee. Juice seemed diluted.

Good Value Good price on rooms, very clean and modern rooms. Just an overall good deal. Exterior of the property is not great, but them rooms are clean and well kept. The one complaint would be the breakfast fare is rather poor and lacking.

The room was nice. The room was better than expected as there were plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, tea bags, and refrigerator. I was please with the room. The location was perfect as it is right off the freeway and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Close to my work, will stay there again. The price was fair, Front desk friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, plumbing fixtures need a little attention, amenities were good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Parking close to room, well lit at night.
