Disgusting but Manager was kind Booked online and wasn’t provided option of smoking or non, so not hotels fault, however there was a door between our room and another. Only smoking rooms were available and the smoke and marijuana smell was filtering through the door all night. The walls are thin and the neighbor was talking and yelling very loud and had his tv loud. I informed the desk. African curly hair was on my bedding, thankfully we had some of our own to lay on. Behind the headboard was disgusting and has never been cleaned. Our feet stuck to the floor. Only reason we stayed was we’d driven 10 hours and walked touring DC and weee exhausted. Do not stay here. The desk Manager was very nice and gave us a can of professional air freshener to get rid of the smoky smell, which it did till the neighbor started smoking his pot and cig’s

YUCKY 0/10 would not recommend to a friend _ If you take anything from this review, DO NOT BOOK HERE. First, I will talk about why this place sucks. It’s a very dirty yucky place. Also, if Expedia or any other third party website advertises this place as a “smoke free property,” they are lying. My sister and I booked under the impression that it was smoke free, but when we arrived, the lady at the front desk told us that we booked a smoking room. (False, but ok I guess). The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was just gross and smelly. When we expressed our concerns, the manager offered to show us another room that was “smoke free.” We declined to see the other room because the entire place just smelled like smoke. They told us we could get a full refund, we just had to call Expedia (who we booked through). We went outside to the car and talked to the Expedia representative, but when they called the hotel, they DECLINED our waiver for a refund because we didn’t “look at the other room.” They are two faced, scamming people as far as I’m concerned. Literally read any other review and you will see that this place is awful. DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME OR MONEY on this place, please. Yucky yucky people and place.

Not recommended It’s really dirty. The carpet has loose it’s color due to the dirty, there are spiders and some worms in places, behind the bed and other furniture there are dust. Not a good place to stay, the beds are ok. The good thing is the ubication. The price is good too.

Comfortable place to stay on a budget The accommodation is perfectly fine. The wi-fi is kinda slow. One very odd thing was our toilet in the bathroom didn't have a lid (I don't know if that's common in the US?) There was no hair dryer or safe in our room. Handily, there is a large supermarket ("Giant") just a short walk away on the corner. I'd recommend staying, as long as you adjust expectations — it's great if you're on a budget!

Do not stay here Look elsewhere! Very disappointing and gross! Dirty carpet. Food on floor. Smelled bad. Cracked and shaky furniture. Outlets broken. No toilet lid or tissues. Small, square pillows. AC didn't work right. Room damp and musty. Drape broken. Old TV
