A great find for the money We had a great experience. We had the double Queen suite for a family of 6. All staff was courteous, especially Ari the night front desk associate. She was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful with providing towels and pillows when available. Pool and hot tub were clean and a nice bonus, the location was convenient to major roadways.

Don’t go to this hotel, it’s a dump inside. I’m not sure how anyone could rate this hotel high at all. My husband and I stayed one night as we traveled along I95. We had room 168: * Toilet was toddler height, literally 12” high * The caulking around the toilet on the floor looked like it was done by a toddler with a paint brush * The tubs faucet was not on correctly, it was crooked and not flush or even close to parallel to the tub wall… crooked and gaping. * The liquid hand soap near the bathroom sink was half-bolted 6 feet high on the wall, and was literally falling off the wall. The soap containers aren’t supposed to be removable but it was so broken they were easily removed so I put them on the counter. * The wall moulding next to the tub was crumbling * Maintenace (in name only) must have had to paint part of the bedroom wall that’s across from the window, but it was not the same color as the rest of the bedroom so the top half of the wall matched the room, and the bottom half was painted off white. They probably said “good enough” based on what I had already seen in the bathroom. * Mini fridge was cold when we got there so we put our food from our cooler in it, and when we opened the fridge in the morning, the fridge and our food was room temp. So we had to throw our food out. * Window view is of the indoor pool, so weird * Bathroom fan which shares the bathroom light switch sounded like a 727 jet. Thankful that we had a nightlight in our suitcase so at night we did not have to wake each other with the sounds of a jet starting up. * AC unit also sounded like a 727 every time it turned on overnight…we cranked up our white noise app on our phone * Toilet paper was stuffed in the peep hole * Only thing going for it was comfy bed, high water pressure in shower and bfast Will never ever stay here again… we way overpaid given the condition of this hotel.

Horrible Room was dirty, the microwave wasn’t cleaned out. The bottom shelfs of everything had dust. The towels i had received were stained. The toilet was cracked and so was the sink. Shower head had pink mold.

this HIE still serves the famous cinnamon buns We stopped on the way north for a Christmas celebration. The check-in was easy and the room was HUGE and comfortable. The decorations were a nice touch too. The highlight of breakfast was of course the cinnamon buns. It's hard to believe that some HEI don't serve them any more (we always check before making reservations and if they don't have the cinnamon buns we go somewhere else).

The worst customer service I went out and called so they can fill my room with toilet paper, towels, and to take out the trash. The lady in the desk replied rudely and said you come down and get it yourself. The reason I had to leave for them to do this service for me was because I work graveyard, at the time they did room service I would be sleeping.
