TERRIBLE STAFF! MANAGER IS TERRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Checked into a room and stayed there for 2 nights. Went back to my room at 10:30 pm and could not get my key to work so I went to the desk to get a key. The lady at the front desk then said that since I was underage I was not allowed back into my room that I paid for, have been staying in for 2 nights, and checked into alone!!!!! I then proceeded to get my friend who is 21 years old to come stay in my room and she left the hotel to grab her things to stay with me and I immediately received a call from the front desk that the police had been called and I had 15 minutes to evacuate. I AM A DIAMOND MEMBER OF THIS HOTEL!!!!!! I then had my card charged for that night, was told to shut up by the manager and my father was also hung up on multiple times. The manager then proceeded to threaten to arrest me and cancelled all of my future reservations and banned my entire family. AT 10:30 PM AS A WOMAN ALONE IN ATHENS!!!!!!!!!

Terrible Worst Hilton property ever ! Homeless people hanging around outside and asking for money every time I walked out. Elevator didn't go to the top floor. Moved me to another room which had a terrible bed and the window shade was broken. Made me move my truck off the property then let another truck park where I was parked. Hotel manager had a attitude ! This is a terrible place to stay !!

Passing through We knew it was being renovated, we had stayed at this location previously. Breakfast was okay. Our room looked to be updated, was disappointed in 2 things, very dimly lit room, and the bathroom counter is very small. It’s on a busy traveled road, but our room was quiet.

Surprise - hotel is being renovated! Arrived to find that the hotel is under renovation. Booked our reservation through Hilton website as an Honors member. No information about the renovation is disclosed on the website nor is it provided at the time of booking. They offered to cancel my reservation, but most hotels in town were sold out for the weekend. Not left with much of a choice, other than to leave a negative review and book somewhere else next time.
