Average hotel. Appeared clean. Stayed 1 friday night before Ga game. We were only in the hotel maybe 12 hours. We did come and go a few times after we first checked in and the lobby and area near elevetor reeked of weed. We never smelled it in the halls or when I checked out the next morning. We didnt have a problem with the room. It was clean and there were plenty of towels. I'd stay again if it was just 1 night before or after a game-paid almost $300 because I'm sure prices are jacked up on home game weekends. There is a sonic right in front of the hotel but we didnt hear any noise. Several restuarants near the hotel and sams is not very far away either.

The worst hotel I've stayed at The overall property was dirty and in disservice includingitems in our bathroom such as the toilet not working andno foilet paper holder. The half used roll was just sitting on the back of the tank which is disgusting. The internet barely worked, which is unacceptable in 2024, although the password was sleepinn2015 so it probably hasn't been updated since then. There was no parking, approximately only 30 parking spots available for the entire property. The staff was incredibly rude, when I came in to check in i was not greeted, so I said hello and was told *can you wait". The pool did not work despite my calling the week prior before I booked to ensure it was open and in service as it was the sole reason that I booked at this property. In addition, it was incredibly loud in our room at night. I frequently stay at choice properties due to typically high standards but this makes me question whether I should ever stay at another choice property in the future.

Employee fraud, but no other complaints I was asked for a $150 cash deposit at check in. When I checked out, I was told that I only gave them a $120 deposit. I was also told I had to pay a $30 "deep cleaning fee" because of dog hair on the carpet l, which has to be vacuumed anyway. So of the $150 deposit, I walk out with $90. It could be employee fraud because both the deposit and deposit refund were made by a single employee who seemed jittery and suspiciously quiet, like they don't want anyone else to hear. So watch your money and don't let them pull anything like this on you. But I will say the room was spotless and clean, breakfast was good, and I have no complaints about the hotel.

Mediocre Facility We stayed here a couple of nights. Our room was average, the hallway noise was loud. We chose this hotel partially for the pool, which was filthy and not heated. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. My big problem with this place was that I forgot and left a small packing cube in our room on departure. I called 2 days later when I realized it was missing. I was promised that the manager would mail it to me. Five phone calls and three weeks later most of my belongings showed up. The bag had obviously been gone through. This seemed an excessive amount of time for them to return the belongings, which I paid for the shipping.

Don't expect them to keep their word We stayed here due to the proximity of where it was located to what we had planned. It is an average hotel, and is worth the room for the rate. The rooms are standard, dated, and we found a few items that were obviously not maintained properly. For example, the floor drain cover in our shower was not screwed down to the shower pan. Also, tiles in the bathroom were loose and obviously tilting. When I booked two months in advance, I reserved two rooms that were adjoining due to traveling with children. When we arrived, we were told that our adjoining room had been given to someone else, but we were "fortunate to have two rooms on the same floor." Due to our time of travel and location, we decided to stay, although unhappy with the result. That evening, the clerk called our room and stated the adjoining room would be vacated the next day, and we would receive that room. In the morning, we gathered our things out of the room down the hall and prepared to occupy the adjoining room after it was cleaned. When speaking to the front desk, they said they had again sold that room to someone else, and denied they had ever told us they would give us that room for the night. No offer to compensate or anything else due to the lack of fulfillment of the reservation and expectations was offered. Multiple failures to communicate amongst the staff is why I am giving the review of poor for this hotel. Otherwise it would have been average.
