Easy access to interstate and local restaurants Excellent property, very clean, love the layout with the rooms facing inwards into the common area. I have stayed here a total of 6 nights over two weeks. The only issue I have encountered is, the TV reception keeps buffering and pauses randomly. You lose parts of a dialog or program that you might be watching. Otherwise this is an exceptionally well run Hampton Inn.

Amazing stay at this hotel! We stayed four nights as we came to look at the fall colors. This hotel was very nice, clean modern & well maintained. The bed was so comfortable & the bath was also clean & the shower was amazing. The people at the front desk were very accomodating plus she baked some amazing cookies. The breakfast had a nice selection. I would definitely recommed this hotel & would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Terrible Front Desk This was the WORST Hampton Inn experience ever. The reception was so rude. Checked in online at 12:30 for a digital key. Arrived at 4:30 and was told the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. In the meantime other traveler were coming in without reservations and being given an immediate key. When I inquired about that I was scolded by the front desk worker. She said they only clean floor by floor and my room was on an upper level. She got mad and threatened to cancel my reservation. We had driven 7 hours . Finally at 5:15 we were given a room key. Frequent travelers Hilton Silver level- which was not recognized. Do not stay here. Either get a room in Knoxville or continue on to Cleveland. Absolutely awful!

Hilton Gold members get the WORSE rooms! Hilton Honors Gold member here. Requested a first floor room months before our arrival. We did use points with cash. Called 3 days before our arrival date. We were told “ sorry no first floor rooms available”. Why? Then they placed us in the worse 2nd floor room available directly across from the elevator. Asked for a room further away from the elevator told “sorry that’s all that is available.” Why? Hilton Gold member!! Room was in the front parking lot that lights kept us up as the little blind, not curtains shed light. Gold member in the worse room! Tried to use our room key to open the doors from the outside “told all of the outside doors are broken and the only entrance is through the front doors”. HUGE fire obstruction violation.

Definitely not worth what we paid. This Hampton was a bit pricey ($144 plus tax) for the quality. The bed had a comforter/bedspread-a huge turnoff for me. It did not smell clean. There was a giant gap under the door. The door stuck-so if I wanted to get up and go out for coffee before my husband woke up, I would not be able to-the door was too loud when opening it. The breakfast options were oatmeal (several different kinds!) bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, dry cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit and one kind of coffee: light roast. The orange juice was very thin. The milk for the cereal was in a pitcher rather than individual cartons. it just seemed like they “had” to provide a breakfast so they found the cheapest way to do it. I killed a spider in our bathroom. I heard the neighbor through the bathroom vent either blowing his nose repeatedly or farting. I feel confident that any conversations would be able to be heard through the vent. You could hear every footstep taken from the people in the room above us. The location is good: right off of I75 and there are several restaurants nearby including an Applebees which was very good. That was the only positive to this experience. If I had the opportunity to do it over, we would drive on a bit more down the road.
