Not Up to Hilton Standards First, the woman at the desk who checked me in was great. The bed was super soft. Room was clean. Parking is very expensive. Usually open parking lots are included parking, but at this hotel there’s no security or closed parking lot. Parking cost is comparable to that of higher end hotels in the heart of the city. It’s 36 degrees outside and the heat clearly isn’t working. I turned on the heat setting and my room only got colder. I had to turn it off completely to raise the temp. Shower water was barely lukewarm. The knob seems to stop short, almost as if it on purpose for the hotel to save money on hot water. The sink water wasn’t much warmer.

Poor excuse for a Hilton hotel. Below average hotel. Hidden services charges on bar bill (used as my tip) and a app based parking agreement where you have to do all the work! Bar service was terrible! Her first question was: How you gonna pay! I've stayed here twice and I'm out! Diamond member!

Great Hotel The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing!! When we first walked in the door we were greeted by the GM. AJ which worked at the front desk was amazing! The manager was intentional about her conversation! She came to us and asked us questions which is rare. Exceptional! Great staff! We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Great customer service AJ was super awesome. Took really good care of hubby & I. Very accommodating & pleasant . The moment we walked in she saw how tired we were and knew from all our travels we needed a room immediately. Your next time your in Atl stop by doubletree & let AJ take care of your booking needs

not up to Doubletree standards Very disappointing Hotel. The bathroom had black duck tape as a repair on the tile in the tub area. Pretzels around the bed, room not clean Cannot contact hotel by telephone. Did not receive Diamond member benefits even when contacted by email.
