Maids need to make sure rooms are locked! First of all - I’ve stayed before, I liked it but it’s started to look pretty tired now. Beds are comfy, rooms are huge and well equipped but it all looks a bit dated. The breakfast is decent enough but my main concern was safety. I got back to room after a day at the office to find the door not closed. I reported it to front desk and they couldn’t have cared less! Apparently ‘it happens sometimes!’ Thankfully no weirdos waiting in the closet and nothing taken but not a nice welcome back for a solo female traveller! It’s close to the office I visit but I may consider other options next time

Huge disappointment Dated, dark and dreadful smelling rooms. The change of room smelled just as bad. If I had checked trip advisor I would not have stayed Needs a major upgrade or a change in name from embassy which alludes to grandeur If it wasn’t for the hassle I would check out now without staying.

This Embassy dropped the ball. Would not recommend! Terrible, do not waste your money only to be so disappointed in an Embassy Suites! Rooms are dark and dated. Family reunion literally took over the place. Sat. night kid’s racing in the halls and screaming while the restaurant bar area was full of family reunion. (All had matching shirts on so it was obvious they were with the family reunion.). Called front desk from 12:30 am til 1:30 am no answer, used app to communicate with front desk no response. The breakfast and manager’s reception would be an added bonus if we could have enjoyed it. Went down to breakfast before 9:00 am Sunday and they were out of eggs, ham and other items. Security could have shut the common areas down at least by midnight so other guest could get some sleep. Called today to get my receipt that should have been emailed to be placed on hold for 10 minutes and hung up at that. This Embassy screams poor management and we have been Hilton loyal for many years.

Worst ever Do not stay at this hotel. Front desk workers are incompetent and rude. Completely screwed up reservation. When i talked to front desk the worker was very rude. My daughter and her family were stuck on elevator for over an hour and hotel did nothing. Finally they called 911 themselves and in a short time got out.

Not a cold temp to be found I will start off with the breakfast is great and the staff super nice. However, the rooms are SO hot! We had our room on 60. Definitely closer to 80. We had to borrow a fan from customer service, but we saw many people bringing in their own fans they had to go buy. Don’t go out in the heat of summer and expect to come back to your room here because you will not cool off. I took cold showers.
