Great ATL visit One of the best days I've had here during my visit to the city in a while. It was very quiet and clean Which you don't get a lot with this franchise the staff was really cool and Accommodating as well 10/10 will try again

Comfy and Quiet The rooms could have been cleaner upon checking in but the hotel itself was always clean and quiet. The staff is very accommodating. Anything we needed during our stay they provided. Shawn who works at the front desk is the absolute best! He’s extremely pleasant and highly professional. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nightmare made Right What started out as the worst experience, was turned around by the sweetest manager. We originally booked at the extended stay on powers ferry road (please avoid it at all costs). Upon arrival at 9:30pm with 3 kids 5 and under after having driven 6 hours in the car and having one kid throw up 4x from beimg car sick, we were directed to the 3rd floor l, the farthest room in the back corner. When we opened the door we were created by a single queen bed, whem I had booked a double room. Ok, we were tired, I was going to make it work, but then I realized the beds weren't made and there was a pile of dirty towels on the floor. I took a deep breath, clearly there was some kind of mistake. We dragged ourselves back to the front desk only to be informed there were no other rooms available and they would not clean the room. I packed 3 distraught kiddos back into the car and drove to this location. The room we were given was a double room on the main floor akd it was clean. I tucked the kids in bed, we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and the sweet manager at the front desk gave me half off my stay for everything we endured, despite it not being his hotel that caused the initial issue. Excellent service. Thank you for making things right for us and hearing all my concerns

Decent Rooms, Free Parking Stayed here for a night before heading to the Georgia Aquarium in the morning. Rooms need a bit of TLC but they were okay. The pull out sofa bed was absolutley horrible. If you can avoid using it, do yourself a favor and avoid it. Grab and go breakfast was very limited.
