Nice clean property We stayed 2 nights at this property. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Common areas were clean and organized. Room was clean and sufficiently stocked. Parking area well lit and safe. Sadly due to CV-19 there was no breakfast buffet but they did provide grab-and-go bags that we chose to not have. I would definitely state at this property again.

Average stay, questionable cleaning Picked this location due to its proximity to work trip site. Arrived to find the usual COVID cleaning update letter in the room explaining their enhancements and changes. Then walked into the bathroom to see lines of false eyelashes stuck to the wall. Tell me more about that enhanced cleaning...... eww. If you're COVID/masking conscious, be aware all front desk staff isn't masking, most travelors aren't either. Breakfast staff was masked. The TVs now have the option to control them from your cell phone with a QR code, which we enjoyed. Only other real complaint was the water pressure was really low and it took forever to get hot water in the shower and I was about to give up before it finally arrived. Otherwise this was a very average Fairfield stay. Would stay here again if needed.

Clean hotel, needs updates The hotel is clean, the staff was all friendly and attentive. The bed wasn’t comfortable in our room. It actually got me down in my back. They offer a small breakfast at this time, they have a small snack area of items to purchase. Ample parking was offered at hotel.

A place to sleep in a safe and convenient area We stayed one night twice on a long road trip this month. The first gentleman to check us in said all the appropriate things like “welcome”, info on breakfast, thanked us for being Marriott Bonvoy gold members, etc. The next gentleman (younger, tall thin build but not wearing name tag) spoke only the bare minimum words “need picture ID” and “Do you want to use the credit card on file? Never mind. I need to swipe it for incidentals”. That was ALL. Hands us keys. The breakfast staff are amazing. So friendly. So helpful. Good coffee. Minimal breakfast offerings still but they tried. The beds are comfortable, and the room appeared clean. The most annoying thing, and it is super annoying was at 9:30am WITH the “Please do not disturb” hang-tag on the door, an employee speaking zero English knocks on the door with her clipboard and says something. I have no idea what she said but she made it known she was ready to clean our room 2.5 hours before checkout by knocking. This is so rude and unacceptable. The hotel served its purpose but missed the mark of Marriott standards for sure. Note: This hotel is still requiring masks indoors; that may be an Atlanta thing. Required masks only occurred in Atlanta during our May 2021 journey over 5 states including the rest of Georgia. <— just an observation. My opinion of this part is irrelevant.

Kn Our toilet flushed all night. The room key stopped working. The elevator was sticky. There were a lot of little issues such as that. Good location however and the price was reasonable. Solid 20 minutes to downtown.
