Overall good quality price ratio I have regularly stayed at this hotel. No frills, overall very good quality price ration the rooms are nothing special but they do the job. Staff at the reception is friendly. The gym lacks a little bit especially in terms of weights equipment and the pool is indoor but small. Other than that the location is good and plenty of parking if you don’t mind walking a bit. Location is very central and that’s a big plus near lots of restaurants

Great Service with a Positive Attitude I spent one night at this hotel on August 1, 2024. I checked in around 5:30 PM and the employee that checked me in was very courteous and helpful in answering any questions that I had about the hotel. This was my first time visiting a Hilton Garden Inn and the room was clean and comfortable, and the floor was very quiet. I didn't hear any noises from other room on the floors or hear noises outside the hotel window. I did enjoy the breakfast; however, I believe that the price that was being asked for the breakfast buffet should be lower than what is asked by guest to pay. The hotel is charging $16 per person, and I believe the breakfast should cost no more than $12.00 per person. The only thing that I was not fond of was the parking situation because I had to walk down a steep hill or a set of stairs to bring my luggage from my car to my room in the hotel. The hotel should consider having parking spaces available for visitors to park near the hotel to unload their luggage and bring it up to their rooms before they move their car to the parking lot. I will consider staying at a Hilton Garden Inn again in the future.

Water! I am a diamond member and have been for years and stayed in several Hilton hotels. I have never once been denied to have more than 1 bottle of water during my stay! Simple ask and the desk clerk was rude. “You got one when you checked in didn’t you?”. I am sure Hilton gets water pretty cheap. Bartender was awesome and very nice and knows how to keep customers happy at least.

Bad service Today March 9th, 2024 at 6:00 pm I had a reservation booked through Expedia, I came to the front desk and the employee was very impolite and rude to me and said that my reservation is not existing, Expedia contacted him and he said that it’s sold out. Many people came after to book and he was helpful to them. My point to the management of this hotel is why you hire an employee like that who has bias towards different people. Eventually I had to move to different hotel.

Room was good but lots of other issues I was greeted at the front desk and the initial experience was good. I asked if there was a dining credit and they told me it was $10. I went to the restaurant for dinner and ordered the Salmon. You could tell it was nuked because the vegetables were extremely hot inside but it was almost raw when I bit into it. The Salmon was overcooked. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and they were out. I then ordered a glass of Merlot. It was definitely past its prime. I asked when the bottle was opened and she stated Saturday and it was Tuesday evening. I used to be in the wine business and 3 days should be the max. When I went to pay the bartender stated that you could not use the dining credit on drinks or dinner. You could only use it on breakfast which I do not usually eat. As a person that likes to make money, they are doing everything backwards. You make your money on the drinkers in the evening. I will eat my dinner somewhere else and rack up a hefty drink bill somewhere else. I then tried to make myself a cup of coffee and the coffee maker did not work. They brought me up another machine that also did not work. Third time was a charm I guess. The rooms were nice but they really need to work on things. The dining credit of a measly $10 that I could not use on dinner or drinks was ridiculous. I am a Diamond member and stay at Hiltons all the time. Disappointing!
