Great Hotel Staff! I stayed here overnight for a job interview in Atlanta. The bed was comfy, breakfast was filling, and I want to shout out two helpful employees. Marcus was welcoming and helpful in checking me in. When he saw me heading to the elevator with the luggage cart, he even stopped me and offered to take it back downstairs for me. I was also thankful to Ms. Tee Carter, who helped me get a document printed that I really needed for my interview. Thank you all! Not all hotel employees are as gracious and helpful as you have been.

Room key cards fail daily Hotel is clean and has a decent breakfast, my major issue has been the door key card. Everyday of my stay I have had to have the key card recoded because it would not unlock my door. After a long day this is an inconvenience and annoyance that should not happen

Horrible. ZERO STARS!! (Please Read!) My fiancé Adam and I travel for work, Alot of different places, we're home Maybe 6 nights a month. For 8 months now at This employer, we've been using our HR Manager's Business/ Company Credit Card. We have stayed at countless hotels with This card, Zero issues. Here, they didn't accept it, OR be polite enough to refund us our money. They kept telling us that if we'd use a card with her name on it, they'd let us stay, Now IF we Had a card with Her name on it, Don't You Think We'd Use It?? We're not idiots. Hotels.com tried contacting the manager for us, still they explained that we could furnish a card with her name on it and they'd let us stay. Otherwise they're keeping our money, and I'm sure they'll still rent the room out to somebody else tonight. A bunch of Crooked Thieves. Our company has been in business for 32 years, and given this hotel line a Tremendous amount of business. But I assure You! That nobody from our company will Ever use a "Holiday Inn" of Any kind, ever again. There are plenty of other hotel

You can find better To begin with, I called to verify my reservation through the reservation desk. My rate was changed as I was confirming the already reserved rate! After two hours on phone and then getting through to manager, this was resolved. Furthermore, the hotel is old and needs upgrading. The room we were in had a capacity of 4, only if you were 4 ft tall. Bathroom was size of a closet. Our bathroom door, fell off (pocket door) had a bandaid strap that was used due to previous failure. Pop corn ceiling falling off. Almost two years since last elevator inspection, expired 06/2023. Thought it wasn't going to open a couple of times. Of the five people we dealt with at front desk, only two were cordial. No rooms were available to change to due to being told the hotel was at capacity. Positive: the beds were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast staff were on it, great cinnamon rolls.

Didn't sleep and will never stay again! I had read reviews about the hotel being dated and the carpets being dirty. I didn't find that to be an issue at all. Yes, it's not a sparkling new hotel, but it's in good condition and the room was clean. The only thing I really care about when I stay at a hotel is: did I sleep well? Unfortunately this was one of the worst nights I've ever had at any hotel. My room was on the 4th floor on the West side, facing the Interstate. Traffic was really loud, but I managed to shut most of that out with my earplugs. But then there was this deep buzzing vibrating noise coming into the room, not sure where from. There was no escaping, and it kept me wide awake. And when I did doze off, I would then wake up sweating from the heat in the room. This made no sense, I had cooled the room down to 64 degrees before going to be and it was 33 degrees outside but yet the room would heat up. I had no other option but to turn on the deafening AC unit for a while, then get up again to turn it off, to lie there awake from the buzzing sound until the room was too hot and the cycle would repeat. Longest night of my life, and it ruined my day the next day. Never again.
