A comfortable stay I spent two nights here and found it very relaxing. I had a two room suite which was very comfortable. My room looked out on the pool so I did hear kids playing but that was reasonable for the time of day (late afternoon). The free breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs adding cheese and salsa to give them a breakfast taco vibe. The oatmeal was also good with a variety of toppings. The facility was clean and well-staffed. Every staff member who I came across greeted me and offered any assistance. I also appreciated that they checked in with me by text a couple times to ensure my needs were met and that my accommodations were as I expected.

The trip was a success. Me and my business partner was treated like royalty. We are planning another trip to Atlanta. Guest services was great. Thank you Erin and MJ for a great time . Keep up the good work. Also thank the cook in the kitchen for preparing the wounderful meals. Did I forget to mention the housekeeping. The premises was clean and along with a great swimming pool.

BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!!! Today 6/2/24; My family and I traveled to Atlanta on what was suppose to be a fun filled trip. We arrive to two dirty rooms with a raggedy sunk in sofa couch. The first evening the elevator to parking went out! (Did we mention parking is $20/ night).. last night my hands started itching laying on the head board.. I jump up and begin scratching them.. As I cut in lights I see BED BUGS at the head board.. My daughters had got bitten and so did my toddler.. we went to concierge and the only room available for my large party was a king.. we bag up clothes , suit cases the whole nine.. we go to the room and it’s a mess and never cleaned by the staff. We’re told there is no protocol what to do at this point so we have to stay in the infested quarters with a irate toddler because it 3AM.. they concede and say they will dry out clothes for us because that’s apparently how you can kill them. We get our clothes and items back and they’re covered in DOG HAIR! Did I mention that the breakfast was horrible and that they should discount the rooms for having to eat it. Condiments out and etc.. awful experience.. Lynette/ Joyce and the other clerk the best they could. However the GM refused to talk to us and clearly did not care..as all parties were aware with the incident since 3 AM. I have made a corporate complaint and I will be visiting every site I can so that no other family has to endure such an experience.. we had to leave out babies mattress as we were not going to risk it.. now we will have to travel home leave everything’s in bags and research how to ensure we don’t bring these things in our home.. not a happy experience!

Above and beyond This hotel has continually impressed me with their customer service. Amazing hospitality, loyalty and honesty. I left an expensive watch after I checked out from my stay. I called the hotel and Erin helped me. She was very polite as helpful, at the moment housekeeping already left for the day. Erin followed up with me the next day to inform me they have my watch and it will be put up for me. Later that day I received a call from the Agm to inform me she has my watch and it will be safely put up upon my return to retrieve. I really appreciate all who played a role in returning my watch. I’m glad to say there are still some honest people working in the industry!!

Staying in your car would be better than this Had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Stayed for 8 nights. Room was filthy, hotel in general had a musty/dirty smell. We had ants and some small flying bugs all over the rooms. In the 8 nights we were there, no one ever came to clean or refresh linens even after I asked for the service twice; I had to take the garbage out every day. The one time they did come in was after I asked for cleaning and told them to bring bug spray; they emptied the trash (did not replace the liners) and may have sprayed for bugs because the ants weren't as noticeable after that. When I asked for a box of tissues they said they didn't have any behind the front desk. Everyone was very friendly, just very poor execution on normal hotel management tasks. Beds were awful, I woke up with numb legs and feet every morning. Pillows were awful, woke up with a stiff neck every morning. If I hadn't pre-paid the full 8 days we would have left after the first night. #hot-not
