Bad Atlanta trip The non- smoking room smelled of cigarettes. We were on 1st floor building B. Stomping on second floor. Smelled weed on property. The smell came through door one time. Furniture was outdated and dirty. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean.

Do Not Waste Your Money! Warning! Do not waste your time and money here! We ended up leaving before the end of the night because when we arrived to our room, it had not been cleaned since the previous guests. It was as if people were still staying in the room. See photos. We had somewhere to be for a certain time, so we got a key to another room and left. After dinner, we arrived back to go to a different room. It was next to the pool where there was loud music and partying going on. It was almost 10pm at this time. We walked in, and it was extremely hot. The A/C was broken! It was also a turn off to smell so much weed coming from all around the buildings. We decided we could not try a third room and left for another hotel. I cannot believe what they were charging per night, but thankfully we got our refund and found a better place at 11:00 pm!

Terrible facility, sub-par service…don not stay here. This is so much to say about our recent stay at the Hilton - Atlanta-Galleria Hotel Cumberland, GA…and almost all of it is not good! When my 10 year old son & I first arrived, we were checked in by the most ‘unhelpful’ service person I’ve met at a hotel. When I asked nicely to be moved to a room on a higher floor, since I was traveling alone with my young son, he basically said…I can’t help you, we are booked solid, and don’t worry about being unsafe in this area. So we went to our room, which was also completely sub-par for a Hilton facility. Dirty, stains all over the couch & chairs. Looked like mold growing on the shower. We accepted our fate & headed to the store to buy some Clorox wipes. When we returned, the hallway where our room is located was dark; the lights in the walkway were either not existent or not working. In addition, we noticed our door wasn’t completely closed. At that point, I decided this room was not safe for us. We went to the front desk & told the same (terrible) staff member to which he commented that I just ‘needed to kick the door closed, sometimes they stick because of the humidity’. Really…I’m paying almost $200 a night to feel unsafe & stay in complete flith. No thank you! After I complained more, he did move us to a different building/room, which thankfully felt cleaner & safer. There were still stains on the couches, chairs, but at least we felt safe. Moving forward, on the day we asked for our room to be cleaned, it wasn’t. Each day we left our trash & towels out and I just went to the front desk for clean towels & garbage bags. Hilton should be ashamed by this property!!! And old apartment complex turned into a hotel! The common areas were dark & could use a good grooming. In addition, one working washing machine. That’s hard on families needing to do laundry since we are spending a week there. The only highlight was Mercedes, the awesome front desk agent who did her best to help us!

Do NOT stay here! My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert at Truist Stadium. For that purpose it is convenient. However, Hilton should be ashamed. What a hell hole this place is. Our room was dusty and musty. They had the ac blasting to help mask the smell. The worst horror was the bed - sheets were full of hair. We think it may be cat hair- that is what we told ourselves to make us feel better! We laid towels over the bed and I put one of my shirts on top of the pillow to sleep. I could barely sleep because I was so grossed out. Seriously steer clear of this dump!

not up to standard!! it was terrible, firstly, the front desk person was new and uninformed. I asked her if she knew any pizza places near that were open , to which she replied " I have no idea , I am new to the area" , Dont you have a sheet with local places to eat available to her? I used google and found a pizza hut literally in walking distance. My bathroom was disgusting. There was hair and conditioner still in the tub, there was hair on the toilet seat, and the floor in the bathroom did not look clean. It was too late after driving the WRONG way to find pizza to bother calling the front desk, However in the morning when I tried to shower, the hot/cold water didnt work. the handle kept spinning , and then the water would NOT turn off, I took a ice cold shower, and reported this to a cleaning staff and to the front desk. When I did report it , I asked what was going to be done about all this , and the front desk person said, she did not have the ability to compensate with points, and that the manager would reach me . no phone, call, text or emails , from the manager or anyone else! and the breakfast was awful! they are under construction, so no breakfast set up , you had to place an order . I placed a egg and sausage order, The sausage were burnt to a crisp, and the eggs still had water. def not up to a hilton standard.
