In Good Hands Front desk manager Cierra was exceptional. It was my first time in ATL, she was Very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel associate Prince was very helpful as well. The bathrooms are small but very nice. The shower water pressure was amazing. The hotel is a historic building that has been restored and made into a fly hotel in a Great Central Location. Until next time.

Great Stay! Great stay from check in to check out! Cierra was the best, acknowledged me every time I passed her desk. Also the evening bar host (gentlemen) with the locs was knowledgeable about different tequilas and everything Atlanta.. I will be back!

Terrible management Dear Assoc. GM Michael Reischman, I am sure Corporate will be happy to hear about how you cost them a customer when you cancelled a booking without notification. I appreciate that you unknowingly saved me $51 by rebooking at a lower rate through Orbitz after you refused to run my new credit card number through your system after my old one was compromised due to theft. It is sort of funny how, despite you claiming that your hotel was booked and could not accommodate me, that within 5 minutes I was back at the front desk with a confirmed room. You’re lucky I was tired after a long travel day and just wanted to park my things where I was, or I would have given your competitors my business instead. Next time I visit Atlanta, however, I guarantee you that it won’t be at your hotel. I hope that the training Cierra was providing to Prince at my check-in time proved valuable in how to not upset your guests by using your interaction with me as an example of how NOT to treat your customers. Finally, your inability to lift a finger to provide any assistance whatsoever in reaccommodating me under the original reservation is quite telling in how you treat your guests. Googlers, I would avoid this establishment unless you want to be treated like common trash. However, the rooms are nice and it’s in a good location, so there’s that. I can’t wait to see how management “spins” this story.

Thanks Cierra I goofed and made a reservation at the wrong Indigo in Atlanta and Cierra at the front desk helped to make it right. Special thanks to her for all her help. My wife and I were going to a show across the street and her health isn't the best so being across the street meant the world to us. Thanks Cierra.

Best hotel staff BEST hotel staff. Cierra at the front desk was phenomenal. She answered all our endless questions with a smile on her face. She gave great restaurant recommendations. Katie and Spencer at the bar were great, also. They gave us lots of tips for midtown. They handled busy nights with ease, never getting frustrated.
