Not clean. Not the cleanest hotel ever. A coin dropped out of my pocket and whist I picked it up I noticed filth in every corner and under the bed. I’ve taken two photos. One under the bed and the other behind a curtain. I thought during these Covid times things were meant to be cleaner! Judge for yourself.

dirty, staff borderlined unfriendly I stayed overnight on a voucher from Delta airlines due to a missed connection. I assume voucher guests are second class guests. Check-in was very fast, but also very cool. The room was spacious and quiet. And very dirty up to the point that I barely dared to touch anything. When I mentioned it at check-out I got only an uninterested, almost patronizing smile. Needless to say - I expect more from a 4 star hotel, even if I am only a leeching voucher guest.

Lots of Issues What a disappointment this hotel was. As a Bonvoy Platinum I stay at a lot of Marriotts and this was one of the worst I have experienced. First, the positive: the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and terrific, especially at the front desk and the restaurant. I can’t say enough good about all of the staff we encountered. The bad: First, the hotel was very busy with an event and lots of guests, and they were not able to keep up with that activity level when it came to cleaning. Also, I used a Suite Night Upgrade for what was supposed to be a “balcony room.” That translated into a ground floor room with two chairs facing the pool, hardly a balcony. The room Itself was showing a lot of wear and definitely needs some work. The housekeeping was poor at best. Upon arriving we found a dirty pillowcase left on the floor next to one of the beds. In the bathroom, the tissues were empty, the shower gel canister was empty, and one of our hand towels was badly stained. The attention to detail you expect at a Marriott was just not present at all. If they are going to book that kind of activity into the hotel, they need to be able to manage the guest load, which they were definitely not able to do.

Dirty/Disappointed Been coming here several times a year for 20 years and this was my last time. As a titanium member I never got one upgrade in 20 years and when I complained about it they said I can be move into a suite on Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and the suite was no longer available. I moved to the Hilton that day for the rest of my week. The food is absolutely horrible and the cleanliness of this hotel has gone down. Just looking at the what looks like black mold in the bathroom was disturbing. Blood stain in bed, Towels look old and dirty and there are stains on the side of the bed. This hotel is far below Marriott standards.

Remodeled hotel but filthy! Poop on bath towels. Stayed here before a flight. Rooms are remodeled and the staff is friendly. The reasons for the 2 stars is that our sheets were dirty and had food in them. And our bath towels had poop on them! This place is filthy and housekeeping needs an overhaul. We are in room 945.
