Wonderful Staff and Nice Hotel steps from MARTA We booked this last minute after our flight was cancelled. The lady at the desk was kind and helpful on the phone and remembered us when we showed up at the desk. It was the middle of the night and we had exhausted kids, and we got extra bedding for the sofa bed immediately. The room was comfortable and just what we needed. The hotel had a great breakfast with some unusual choices. The hotel is right around the corner from the MARTA station which made for easy travel to and from the airport.

Traumatic Experience For Family This is regarding my family's stay on June 6th.An incident occurred during our first night there that was so traumatizing. After we checked in we went to dinner. We arrived back at the hotel around 12:30am & our room key kept flashing red and wouldn't open.My kids ran down to the lobby and a girl at the desk gave them another key. This key did not work.We all went downstairs and explained to her that there’s still an issue. She made another key and went upstairs with us.She got the same error. She said to come back down to the lobby and she’d call maintenance because no one was on-site.No one on site?!She called her manager, Quami Walker. He told her to tell the security guard on duty, to use his “master key”.He looked at her and us and shrugs his shoulders. He whispered to her and said I don't have a master key, what is he talking about? She kept repeating “Just go use your master key to try to open the door”He looked at her confused and said I don’t have a key, there is no master key.Not sure what Qwami was doing at this point, but it only furthered our frustration.Qwami says to her that the battery on the door is dead and needs to be replaced. He’d have to come do it.It is now 1:30am.I asked her what was his ETA? I think this is a reasonable question at 1:30 am.Our kids were sleeping on the lounger sofas in the lobby at this point. My husband and I hear Qwami say “Tell them I’ll get there when I get there”.My husband gets involved at this point, because to say you’ll get there when you get there at this time of night is unacceptable. We don’t know how far away he lived- was it going to be an hour?30 minutes? We are asking her these questions when Qwami hangs up on her.My husband asked her to call him back...we need an ETA.She gave my husband the phone and Qwami hung up on him.We then sat down in the lobby. We were upset and dumbfounded at this chain of events. We are locked out of our room at 2am,no maintenance on site, and now we are being treated like this!It was unbelievable.30minutes later, Qwami walks in and starts yelling at us!Saying he got here as soon as he could and he didn't need to give us an ETA.I asked him why would he escalate an already crappy situation by not offering an ETA and then walk in yelling? Our kids are in the lobby and it’s been an hour and half since we’ve been locked out and this is how you treat us?He starts yelling at the poor front desk girl to call the cops. Our voices were raised and we were arguing with him but we were not being aggressive in any way.we were also still in lobby area far from the front desk staff.Qwami makes her call police,My kids hear this and they both start crying.Worried we'd be shot or arrested. Qwami kept escalating an already bad situation. My husband had to calm our kids down. The girl did not want to call the cops, she knew we were not a physical threat at all.She called after he kept yelling at her.he grabbed the phone & I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard him say that we were physically threatening him and his staff and that someone had to come immediately!WHAT in the world?!Me and my husband are sitting down at a lobby table when he made this call.I just couldn’t believe what he was saying.I called the police to explain that there was no threat whatsoever…we were just locked out of our room, tired, upset and the manager wouldn’t let us in.The police said they’d get there soon.Qwami said he wouldn’t let us in our room until the police arrived. My family waited in the lobby for another 45 minutes. We called other Hiltons to find a room.No police arrived. Finally, Qwami went up elevator and came back down & said the door was open.We went to our room, packed our stuff and left. The disrespect that this situation was handled with and the lack of care or concern for my family & traumatizing my kid was shocking. The lies he told the police, could’ve had severe consequences.Qwami is not only a horrible manager who escalated this situation when he should've been assuring us, he also put my family in a dangerous situation. This was an unbelievably horrible situation. Hilton?I have video.

Meh Disappointed that we've been here for 3 days and our room hasn't been cleaned yet, especially since I went to the desk last night to get fresh towels and requested for our room to be cleaned today. When we went out this morning, I stopped by the desk again to make sure they were aware of my previous request to have our room cleaned. Got back around 8:00 pm and no one had been in our room to clean. We're planning on checking out the day after tomorrow and I don't think I'll bother to ask again. I am attaching a photo of the sign on our bathroom mirror that says, "housekeeping services are provided every other day during your stay." (Speaking of signs, the sign on the back of our door says that check-out time is 12:00 noon but the sheet that was given to me upon check-in says it's 11:00 am. Which is it?) The staff and security personnel are very personable here but there seems to be some miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. I wouldn't expect this from a Hilton hotel.

Highly Recommended! This was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and I felt safe. There was on-site security, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Publix is also right around the corner. They are right next door to the MARTA Train station, so I was able to easily jump on the train when I didn't want to deal with Atlanta's traffic.

comfortable convenient stay with affordable rates in midtown i was a little concerned about our stay from reading some recent reviews, but our expectations were exceeded. reasonably priced over night parking compared to anything else in midtown. best not to have a big car though there were a couple SUVs and trucks in the garage. we’ll equipped fitness room and loved the perk of free washer and dryers. easy walking distance to GT, marta, restaurants and parks. looking forward to returning. only suggestions, water option at breakfast and a good sweep through the stairwells.
