Canceled my reservation for no reason I booked this room the day before my arrival. The morning I got to Atlanta I had a message about my card not working, even though the info was correct and the card had plenty of money on it. I updated to be sure, and hours later received another message that was exactly the same. Once again confirmed the card balance and checked the info. Hours later was told my res was canceled. No one from the hotel ever reached out to me via phone or personal message. My assumption is they did not care whether or not they got my business. I booked near the airport for basically the same price, and that was that.

This place is scuzzy. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. There was no furniture in the lobby and the pool was empty. The elevator didn't work properly and the carpet was NASTY. Our room didn't have any furniture besides the beds, there was only like 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no coffee pot, only one small trash can, the shower didn't work right, and our key card didn't work. 0/10 would not recommend.

This Hotel Need to renovation first, need new pant fix leak take out smell Need New Towel,New Lamp New Furniture ,bed sheet new floor the pool need fresh water out side need to sweep lots a brie garbage need better made should come and clean everyday to gust room special covid period don't Pool by the look or price read rating first I just there last week I normal not do this but since extra2x out Human being dirty I have to mention something so other people special with kids the dot get bed experience as I'm I'm sure people who bean here the will agree with me free judge!

Pass on this hotel Staff is kind & courteous. Upon arrival, front desk clerk informed me the reservation had been cancelled because I had not yet responded to the email sent the day before which included an action button on my part to confirm which in all my years of booking hotels, have never experienced. He was polite and made it right and charged us the price quoted on the original reservation made months ago instead of the current rate for last minute accommodations and it was greatly appreciated. However, the pictures do not reflect current hotel status. We needed a place to stay after an evening Braves game so we checked in & went to the room to drop our bags before heading to the stadium. Good thing too because upon entering our room, it was hot and stuffy because the air conditioning had been turned completely OFF mid June in Georgia! We turned it on then headed to the ballpark so the room would be a decent temperature upon our return. Although it is .9 miles to the stadium, it is NOT an easy walk due to the incline and the stairs involved at the pedestrian bridge at the ballpark. When we arrived back to our room just before midnight, we then realized there is no place to sit other then the two beds and one dining-room-like chair & there is no furniture for clothing or an area to hang clothing among other things including safety violations. We can overlook the lack of first world necessities, but we can not overlook life threatening safety violations and this Braves fan will not stay here again!

I WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE TO USE ANY DOTS AT ALL FOR THIS RATING !!!! THIS STAFF IS HORRENDOUS, HORRIBLE, ATROCIOUS, DREADFUL, HORRIFYING, AND DOWNRIGHT UNSPEAKABLY THE WORSTE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were simply visiting our dear friend who was a resident at the hotel. Upon entering we showed the proper identification to be able to enter the property. The manager wasn't wearing a name tag or mask. We waited a moment and then was asked by another employee " Why are you staying here " ? we were then harassed with a barrage of irrelevant question pertaining to our visit. By far the worse experience of my life just as a visitor in this hotel much less and resident. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION !!!
