Great location but make sure your room isn't next to a bunch of kids Loved the location and easy access to shops and restaurants; however, we had a hard time finding it. I thought the signage could be better to direct you to the valet area. Unfortunately, we had a bunch of kids on our floor making lots of noise past midnight. I called the front desk and they were supposed to deal with it, but the noise continued for a couple more hours after I had called. I go to hotels marketed as more high class to avoid issues like that so I was surprised. Other than that, the room was great and really loved the location more than anything.

****DO NOT VISIT/ LIVE HERE **** I grew up going to twelve atlantic station since i was a kid and those were the best memories i’ve had ! But, as of lately, the twelve is the WORST hotel/residential experience i’ve ever had. The hotel staff are INDESCRIBABLY rude. Their attitudes toward the guest are poor and they have no reason to be working in the service industry. If you’re looking to buy or rent the apartments at this establishment, save your big coin and skip out on it. They don’t ALLOW you to even SPEAK to them on the other side of the hotel and MAIN ENTRANCE. Its ridiculous !!!!! WORST HOTEL IN ATLANTA.

Going Down-Hill: Horrible Customer Service My daughter visited for Mother’s Day and this hotel is in the same building as our one bedroom condo. Several friends and family members stay here when they visit, bc it is so convenient. However, There has been on-going staff turn-over and the rooms have not been updated or refreshed. There were stains on floors and walls; furniture was worn, but the bed was comfy. That was not a big issue — disappointing, but not intolerable. Our problems occurred when we were being overcharged by $100.00 and attempted to rectify the mistake. They charged us $28 for valet parking that we did not use because our condo unit has designated parking that my daughter utilized. They also placed a charge of over $80 for “incidentals“ but there were no incidentals. When we went downstairs to officially check out, the “ambassador“ (what a joke) appeared to be irritated and Stood up from her chair and Announced in a very aggressive voice that she was going to make sure there were no “Misunderstandings” while pointing her finger—She began to scold my daughter and I. We were in shock. I’ve traveled many places in my lifetime, to include South America, and have never been treated so rudely —- and unprofessionally. After she completed her rant, she dismissed us— sat down in her chair— never looking up and pointed to a bowl and instructed us to leave our room cards in the bowl. I guess we were being “dismissed.” Not wanting to ruin our Mother’s Day trip, by making the scene worse than it was—- I did not insist on speaking to the Marriott manager. Plus, I did not trust my own behavior or reaction… So my daughter and I chose to walk away. In fact, that is exactly what we’re going to do for the Marriott. We are going to walk away. We are done ✅ Thanks for the memories

Avoid. Not safe and poorly managed Mask policy not enforced. Staff doesn't even wear them properly. Make sure you check the crime stats before staying here. There was a shooting 2 blocks away, 20 min before my checkin. As for the room, the floors were coming up, and there was a layer of gunk on the tub. The doo not disturb button did not work, and there was not doortag. Also, the walls were damaged, as if someone hit them with a bottle over and over. I would never stay here again. At least I used an expiring free night certificate.

They stole everything from my room I returned to my room to find it empty. Housekeeping literally took everything I had out and called it vacant while I was still checked in. They can’t tell me what they did with all of my belongings. I am presently waiting for the police.
