Big fun at the Borgotta. Friendly staff,great food,excellent rooms and a wonderful variety of games to play.The casino is huge and beautifully decorated.The buffet is fantastic and the food court is outstanding!The views are amazing and the Jitney bus is only $3 to ride.Can’t wait to go back.

Nice rooms Room had very comfortable bed and pillows, and the room was quiet. Like the fridge and coffe maker in the room. The casino needs more smoking areas and less non-smoking areas. Restaurants - too many were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, so dining choices were limited.

Full Experience Overall my stay was a pleasant experience. Staff was helpful, housekeeping was very polite. Check in was a fast and trouble free exchange and was very helpful. Poker room was organized and my experience was pleasant dealers were very professional.

Need to refresh the rooms The rooms are so dated , it looks like a tomb. They haven't refreshed the original tower since they opened. You walk off the elevators and feel like you went into the basement. The beds felt like you were sleeping in a ditch. They are trying to refresh some lobby spaces but the rooms are horrible not unless you stay at the Tower side.

Just ok Pillows are the worst and the beds are not much better. Food in the Chinese restaurant is no where near as good as the old place. The slot Machine are sooo tight you spend a $100 and don't win more then 4 or 5 dollars at a time if that.. I don't get free cruises like the other casinos I go to , borgata is just loosing it's luster..
