Water and smoking Please note, if you are used to having water in your room, this hotel doesnt provide water unless you book a suite. Also smoking slots are adjacent and mixed throughout the non-smoking areas. Security doesn't enforce the non-smoking areas and so patrons are sitting and playing in non-smoking spaces with their cigerettes burning. Smoking is fine, just smoke in the appropriate areas.

Good experience with a problem that wasn’t resolved Good experience with a problem that wasn’t resolved. We had a brown stain on our comforter and brought it up with housekeeping and the front desk and it wasnt resolved to our satisfaction. Other than that we enjoyed the casino, and restaurants and were treated friendly at check-in, and by the bartenders, waiters, waitresses and Valet.

Escape for some R&R and gambling of course. Property is clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Adult pools are great to escape. Front desk staff are very accommodating and attentive. Housekeeping is friendly and accommodating as well. Suites need new pillows. Bed was fine. Bathroom is large and relaxing.

Borgato MGM is a whole vibe in itself that doesn't disappoint! Borgata MGM is a one of a kind experience, you have to feel the vibe yourself to know what I mean. I would recommend this Hotel/Casino/Spa to anyone who's looking for a getaway that's not going to break the bank; and it's family friendly, including pets!

My own Mother's Day vacation. I don't have much to say. I was very happy and relaxed. Enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. I'm 69 years old and wanted to have some me time off. It was a great getaway. I played hours in the Casino and won some put had a lot of fun. I will definitely book my next visit soon.
