Pugtastic Getaway at Harrah’s Atlantic City! We recently spent four nights at Harrah’s with our two pugs, Rudy and Olive, and had a great time — humans and pups alike! Harrah’s is surprisingly dog-friendly, especially for a casino resort. We stayed in the pet-friendly section on the 3rd floor of the Laguna Tower, where the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed (though it did have a lingering smell of marijuana). There are two outdoor areas for dog walking: a small dog park near the Brigantine entrance and a grassy patch by the hotel’s front entrance. It made potty breaks and sniff sessions super convenient. Upon check-in, both dogs received wristband-style paw print tags to wear on their harnesses as proof they were registered guests. We loved that they were allowed to walk through the hotel and main walkways of the casino — and they sure enjoyed the attention! Staff and guests couldn’t resist stopping to give them pets and compliments. We mostly stayed on the property and enjoyed the wide range of restaurants (lots of options without even leaving the building), but we did venture out for a skyline cruise, climbed the Absecon Lighthouse, and had an amazing birthday dinner for my husband at Angelo’s Fairmount Tavern. Overall, Harrah’s made it easy for a couple of seasoned travelers — and their pugs — to enjoy Atlantic City in comfort. A little fresher air in the room would’ve made it 5 stars, but the friendliness and convenience made it a truly pawsitive experience!

For starters, stayed in a suite in the Atrium Towers that has blood on the ceiling. Then, I go to warm up food, no microwaves. When I arrived they took an additional $189.00 for fees/incidentals. Just received my statement and I’m being charged $55.00 for apparently a bunch of same fees “room tax”, then I was charged $15.00 to park in the casino that I stay at and gamble at. Lastly, when booking this suite, was told I’d have a view of the city or the bay, what I had was a roof view. What’s wrong with this casino? I WILL NOT be coming back here again

Never Again!! My husband and I decided to come down to Atlantic City for the weekend and normally we stay at Borgota but due to the popularity of the weekend prices were ridiculous so we decided to stay at Harrah's. We had stayed here once before back in 2019 & we had a great time. Well things have changed & not for the better. They first put us in a smoking room when we asked for non smoking room. The room was disgusting with cigarette smoke & weed. They moved us which was fine. The next day we go to the pool & we were told it was a cover charge of $10 since it was Fri $20 on Sat. You can't bring drinks in the pool area. You need to buy their drinks. So Harrah's is nickel & diming at every corner! We were gone all day to come back to no towels & our bed not made. When we complained we were told that we have to ask housekeeping to clean our room. I wouldn't be upset if checking in we were told that! The manager had a huge attitude when all I needed were towels. She said it would take 2 hours. We ended up using the old towels. This place went down hill. Never Again!!

Loved the view It was a big and mice hotel. We had an amazing view. The room was big and clean. The beds are so big and comfortable. Location was good. Centre is so close by car. It has a uniqe swimming pool. It was interesting experience for me seeing how many tv screens were there around the swimming pool. I suggest staying there!

Not family friendly yet was hosting a children’s and teenagers dance event. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for my daughter‘s dance competition. The hotel management should do a better job of understanding the needs of their guests when they’re booking events like this. They had a hotel full of families yet the pool was for 21+ and closed most nights they could’ve opened it for the families to enjoy. It would’ve made the experience much more enjoyable and maybe even earn some repeat business.
