Harrah’s is an adequate stay Came for 3 nights. Checked in online. Stayed in the Water Tower. Rooms decent size and nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Large indoor pool but have to pay to get in $20-30. Fitnes center is decent but a few broken machines. Plenty of food options available. Use points for Starbucks as their prices are double then a regular store. They do have a nice cafe to get coffee and baked goods. Big empty casino. Poker room had 16 regulars playing. Self parking is a few but not sure what it is. There is a resort fee and other fees. AC has changed over the years and just seems lifeless when compared to Vegas.

Harrah's terrible service Did not honor the reservation....gave me a room that wasn't even close to what I reserved and the incredibly rude check in person wouldn't do anything to fix it even though I had all email securing room and view. His responde was we aren't honoring that Horrible treatment

Great time at Harrah's I just got back from Harrahs a few days ago. me and my wife as we come here at least three times a year and we always have a great time .I read some of these reviews of complaints about Harrah's and I have never experienced any of these bad experiences at this hotel. this is why I come here three times a year and sometimes more. I love their pool. it's the best pool in Atlantic City and they also allow no kids .no screaming. yelling kids. screaming Marco Polo. Marco Polo .they don't clean the rooms unless you request it and we never request to have the rooms cleaned because there's no need for the days we are there. outside of emptying the garbage . when the cleaning people are outside in the hallway I tell them to come for the garbage and they do. and they always give me new clean towels every morning so no need to come into the room to clean. it's a great hotel I've been coming here for years and I have no complaints. so these complaints you read about take with a grain of salt .because I don't find any of these when I visit Harrahs in Atlantic City .I will be going there in June looking forward to it .keep up the good work Harrah's .you always will have my business

You need serious improvements! Find another hotel First off, how can a casino not have more than one restaurant for breakfast and lunch where you can actually sit, and be served? This one doesn't unless you come on closer to the weekend. Hilariously, room service doesn't start until 8am so you are forced to go down to this one spot if you want to eat. Really unacceptable! The food was good at the one place, large portions. The room was dated, low toilets, water pressure was awful, room was surfaced cleaned. I had zero shower gel in the shower which really ticked me off, my a/c did not work, I mean at all. Thermostat was at 65 and the room must have been 76. Zero cold air. The lights were dingy. My Bay view was more a view of the old looking roof and could not really see the bay a whole lot. The slots were terrible, literally pay out better at the local small casino's. The highlight was the one main bar, service was good, bartenders were cool. Valet was embarrassingly slow, took 25 minutes and there were 3 people ahead of me. One attendant taking his sweet time, cars must be parked in timbucktoo. I do not recommend staying here.
