Horrible experience This is the worst hotel ever!! Security was called five times from obnoxiously loud music in the room next-door from 10 PM to 3:30 AM. Security did absolutely nothing about it. The motel did nothing about it. We asked that we be moved to a different room and they hung up on us got two hours sleep Went down to check in and all they offered us was a breakfast sandwich we came in from out of town for the national dance competitions for our daughter, they make it impossible to leave a review on their website I’m 58 years old. I’ve traveled many places the state of many hotels this by far is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. They gave us a $30 dollar credit for two breakfast sandwiches that cost us $55 for our inconvenience and lack of sleep. They don’t care that you do not get what you pay for here at a bare minimum you should be able to sleep in your room.

Some good and some areas need improvement So what I really liked about our most recent trip on a Friday night was how reasonable the room rate was. Much less expensive that the other casino's. I also liked the checkin and checkout process through a self service kiosk or thru the app. Our basic room was nice, and worth the money we paid. We would have been charged $15 for self parking, but in earning 10 tier credits during our stay, we got a voucher for free parking. Also a nice perk. One of the biggest disappointments of our trip was that as standard gold player card holders, we had to gamble $5 just to order a very cheap draft beer in a plastic cup. However, at The Borgata, Oceans, and Golden Nugget, they serve you a choice of high end bottled beers while you are playing slots or tables. As I enjoy that while I am playing, I most likely will not return for that reason. Another disappointment was how expensive the blackjack tables were. It would be nice if they always offered at least one live $10 blackjack table 24/7. We found $10 live blackjack across the street at the Golden Nugget weekdays before 5, and at the Borgata alot of the time. The Borgata also offers $5 live blackjack at noon on weekends, although in a slightly different format. It is a live dealer, but you play your own hand against the dealer in front of the dealer thru a machine. It just seems to make more sense to me for Harrahs blackjack table limits to be lowered when the dealers are just standing there with nobody playing, and until they get busier. Just a suggestion that I would appreciate. Until then, I could not recommend until these changes are made, or unless this is not a concern for you.

Tesort fees are useless The rooms were clean and comfortable. The casino was nice. I'm giving an average rate because you have to pay to get into the pool! I'm nt dure what the resort fees are for. You would think it included the pool. That was very disappointing.

WTF?! TV remote didn’t work. Shower was clogged. No one from front desk, maintenance, or housekeeping would answer the phone.
