Economical, but shabby Pro: convenient location. Friendly staff. Lobby appeared clean. Con: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Ceilings a rough patchwork of chipped paint and spackling done in a very amateur way. Overall appears very dated. If you are stopping in for a quick sleep and hitting the road early, this is an economical option. Otherwise, sort of shabby.

Disappointing The room was just dirty. The sink was very moldy on the rim and there was water underneath the floor in the bathroom that you could feel every time you took a step. The desk chair in the room was assembled incorrectly and you couldn’t even sit in it. This is obvious if you would look at it and sit in it. It leans really far back and your feet don’t touch the floor when you sit in it. You definitely can not sit at the desk and work on a computer with this chair. Expect that type of attention to throughout the hotel. These include grease stains on the sheets. Gooey dust on top of the fridge and other things and a lack of lightbulbs in lamps. There are dings in the paint on all of the room doors and the carpet on the 2nd floor is dirty on top of being old. We were there for a family weekend at the college. My recommendation is to stay further out rather than pay the price they charge during a football weekend. It’s really not worth any price. There are better options further out of the city at better prices.

Absolutely Repulsive We get to the room and the floors dirty and there’s a massive stain on one of the bed covers. Than, we go to get into bed and we find dirt and crumbs all over the bed sheets. We call the front desk who doesn’t over to remake the beds or bring sheets up but has us come down for new sheets. They then give us a hassle about getting new sheets. Will never sleep in a Quality Inn again.

Quality Inn Auburn, AL by campus Quality Inn Auburn, Alabama We will never stay at this Quality Inn again, and, because of this experience, we will probably not stay in any Quality Inn again. We would have left after walking into the room, but we couldn’t get our money back. * Black mold in shower (see picture) * Sharp edges on broken bathroom tile (see picture) * Toilet moves when someone sits on it. * A man has to hold toilet seat up to pee or it will fall closed. * Toilet flapper is loose, so the toilet runs every few minutes. * Brown water in pool (see picture) * Not clean overall * Windows are so dirty that you can’t look out them. * Refrigerator is loose in cabinet & falls out of cabinet when opened unless we’re extremely careful (see picture) * Internet almost never works * No clock (minor inconvenience) * Very limited selection on breakfast. Limited selection and the only ‘hot’ thing was waffles * Headboard behind bed had been knocked down or taken down and was sitting on the floor. * Not enough lighting/rather dark * We were charged 3 times for our stay, so we will have to check with our credit card company to be sure two of them are removed. I want to add pictures but don’t see the option to do so.

Not the hotel in the pictures After a long ride that included other stops, I arrived at the quality inn. ( that I choose in part because of the pictures on the internet) when I arrived, I went out to get some food and returned. It was then I noticed a strong unpleasant smell in the room and noticed stains in the bed. I was tilted so I overlooked that and tried to settle down and eat. I attempted to turn on the tv, when it did not work I had to walk down to the front desk because the rooms did not have phones. I found someone and 45 mins later no one came up so I went back down and found someone. After working on the tv for 10 mins. I suggested moving me to another room and was denied. After another 15 minutes I was tired and just had enough and wanted them to just cancel my reservation. It was then I was offer another room but the tv was just the last straw . I lest and quickly found another place never to stay at another quality inn again.
