Exceeded expectations My stay exceeded my expectations. I paid a very reasonable monthly rate going with low expectations, but you get more than what you paid for. The staff were very friendly and the manager Lin Lin was trying her absolute best to be very helpful. I didn’t have any issues during my stay other than the fact the bed sheets were not changed during the once every two weeks cleaning, but when complaining about it Lin Lin offered another room cleaning and made sure they’ve changed the sheets this time. No red flags during my stay

Best .. Review... Ever... Great home away from home. Full kitchen was great. Nice location. Awesome staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to be in the area for a while. Monthly rate was a good deal. Best hotel staff ever!

Decent older hotel with some issues that should be addressed The staff here is pleasant and helpful. This is an older place and needs some upgrades to even approach a 5 star rating. Generally clean, but there are stains on the carpet and maybe bubble gum spots on the common area hallways. The outside entries have failing card readers that often do not work and have posted signs that state "out of order". This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. The entry ways from outside are not cleaned frequently even though I see wet floor signs posted frequently but have not been cleaned. Garbage cans are frequently full and garbage blows out of them and sits on the ground for multiple days within 3 feet of the garbage can without being picked up. Place would be better with some more stringent supervision. I have watched staff walk past the trash laying on the ground and do nothing about it. See attached pics. Decent place to stay that is affordable but do not expect 5 star. I also have a problem with the general manager asking residents to take the esa survey and rate all 10. Encourage completing survey, but do not try to influence their response. I witnessed her telling a Mexican how to respond and his English was horrible @ best and probably did understand her.

Smells Good and Clean Just What We Needed The manager here is very gracious and displays excellent customer service. We will continue to come to this location. The Manager Linn is professional and courteous. The room was clean and smelled clean and fresh. Cleaner than other places we cancelled. The location will be our first choice when looking for a room. Phenomenal experience! I really enjoyed my stay. There's a difference between being treated like a "normal" customer versus being treated like you are human, and that's the treatment I received. Robert, Liz, and Lin Lin were outstanding and are amazing people. Very professional, tidy uniforms, clean room. Best guest service I've received from start to finish! I'll definitely come back.
