Wish I knew about the deposit before I got there! The overall stay was great. When I booked it said nothing of a deposit so i paid before I got there. But upon arrival, I get there and it’s a sign up that says something about a deposit. I just feel like if they are going to use 3rd party sites they should be updated as well. I even showed her that it was nowhere on their site and she really didnt care lol but yeah they need to fix that.

Idk The desk lady was very sweet and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was quiet and clean. But the kitchenette didn’t have any supplies. No pots, pans, utensils not even a can opener. The area is sketchy. I sat outside for a bit and several intoxicated men tried to have belligerent conversations. Seen several others walking back and forth. Cars come in the lot, stared at us and left again. I recommend stay inside at night.

Short stay but GREAT Overnight stay but really enjoyed especially the pool--the breakfast selection needs to be a little more

It was a pleasant stay for the night. (6/13/24) Failed Early Check-in: I was approved for an early check-in, however when we arrived at 1 p.m., no rooms were available; thus, a failed early check-in. Regular Check-in: When we returned at 3 p.m., which is regular check-in time, check-in was a quick breeze. My reservation requests were met, i.e., quiet space, non-ground floor room. The room was newly renovated, simple, and acceptable. The room was clean and cold, which we enjoyed since it was scorching hot outside. Pool: Pool Towels are at the front desk. The pool was swimmable and decent. Complementary Breakfast: The next morning we went downstairs at 9 a.m., to enjoy what we thought would be a complimentary breakfast; only to find out that the attendant WOULD NOT be placing any additional breakfast items out (hot, cold, or dry) for the numerous guests still arriving and wanting to eat the hotels complimentary breakfast before closing at 9:30am. The hotel advertises that a complimentary breakfast is available from 6:30am - 9:30am daily. This advertisement insinuates that breakfast (eggs/sausage/bagels/yogurt/fruits/waffle batter, cereal, etc.) would be continuously available up until 9:30 am. Although, the attendant was more interested in her phone rather than attending to or providing breakfast to the hotel guests. After the many guests realized that breakfast was no longer available, the attendant promptly began her clean-up duties at 9:13 a.m., and since she was obviously not going to provide any additional breakfast items or coffee for the many hungry guests. I was lucky enough to grab the very last packet of generic instant oatmeal and a very small cup of weak coffee. I had no clue if it was regular or decaf coffee because there was no identifier, just a big tank with a spout. French Vanilla coffee creamer was also not available or refilled. The coffee cups were extremely small that you could possibly gargle with the shot of liquid it held. NOTE, there is a clear sign on the breakfast dining room door that states, "Breakfast ENDS at 9:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., I will shut everything off and START my clean-up". Late Check-out: For a fee, late check-out was a quick breeze.

Excellent stay!! I loved the environment, front desk was polite and breakfast was delicious I loved the environment, front desk was so nice and polite and breakfast was great will come back again
