It could be better with improvement. Check in for the first time at this hotel, check in was easy but for me this is a 3 star hotel. the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable but the hotel need to improve the housekeeping. The safe was on the floor and was not nailed to the wall and anybody can just pick the whole safe and go! which is not safe at all! there is no toiletries only hand soap in the bathroom. the bathroom floor was sticky and its not been cleaned or mopped. The area is safe and across the hotel there are some restaurant.

Felt like a one star hotel Minus the Hilton logo I felt I was in a Motel 8 from the time I entered the elevator noisy beaten and run down. Then my room had dirty floors in the bathroom like muddy boots prints in the bathroom. They don’t have mops? The comforter smelled like an old man bed that wasn’t washed for a loooong time and the AC unit was extremely noisy from metal parts vibrating loudly. Besides my window was facing a truck yard and at 430am a truck was being loaded and making big loud metal noises… I wanted to spoil myself staying in a Hilton inn but should have saved $100 and go to a one star hotel, it certainly felt like being in one. If you are looking for a hotel in that area, there are 3 other hotels right next to it. Plenty to choose from.

It's time to upgrade your facilities. Really the room I had. It was hard to get some sleep. The bed felt like sleeping on a rock. The heated unit was so loud. I had to unplug. The Refrigerator Could not keep anything cool That was my impression. Could be better

Lack of professionalism and horrible manager I’m currently traveling down the east coast for business and had been staying in Hilton hotels all down the coast. I have NEVER had any problems or even the slightest hiccup. I’ve always walked in to a professional and caring atmosphere… Although the day I came in , I walked in hearing someone yelling and threatening. It turned out to be the food and beverage director. I was certainly appalled by his behavior and his verbiage with his employees. I have NEVER witness a director cursing and threatening to beat up his employee ever in my life. I was informed by one of the workers later when I asked what happened during my checkout , that he got in trouble for not using chicken breast to make chicken tenders. I was baffled that something so small led to their manager to get out of character that bad. As well as I felt bad for the employees because no one should be belittled by anyone for any reason. I come to Hilton for the peace of mind and the professional atmosphere for my meetings. I couldn’t risk having the director getting mad again and yelling and cursing during one of my meetings, as it is a bad look for me. So I ended up cutting my stay short and just going to another hotel.
