Rude Desk attendant at breakfast. The morning we were checking out the desk clerk was very rude to us when we started serving ourselves for breakfast and jumped on us about breakfast being over at 9 am it was 5 mins till 9am and started grabbing things and taking them away so we couldn't finish serving ourselves. But the lady desk clerk from the evening before at check in was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay up until the next morning when we were treated so rudely by the man that took made us feel very uncomfortable by the comment about he made of breakfast being over and then proceeded to grab things after seeing that we had already started serving ourselves. He seen us walk in and walking toward the breakfast counter, he was not putting things away, he was leaning against the counter talking to the other desk clerk behind the desk and not until he seen us serving ourselves did he begain to put things away.... I have stayed at other motels and hotels and never experienced anything like this. If we have been even a couple minutes late at other places, they would be nice enough to let us get our breakfast and not treat us in this manner that your employee treated us. I would think twice about staying at another one of your motels again. If this is how you train the employees that work for your business or continue to allow your employees to treat your guests. You will continue to receive bad reviews. The desk clerk that helped us check in was very courteous and helpful and should be valued because she had very good people skills and would be a reason for me to be a guest at your motel again unlike the employee from the following morning. He didn't seem to care how he made us feel or how rude his attitude toward us would make us feel or how it could affect your business for our future business or review all he worried about was making us feel very uncomfortable all the way up to the time we exited the lobby. And spoke in his language (Asian I think) with the other desk attendant behind the desk and then two more people that joined them that gathered around the desk to join into the conversation. And then they all kept glancing at us giving very rude looks at us till we finally just left the lobby. I would have enjoyed the stay over all if we could have had your employee from the evening before who treated us with respect and kindness and was so helpful

Bad service at Knights Inn Hotel The room was booked through Expedia and upon arrival the hotel turned us away at the front desk claiming their computers wouldn't allow them to log in. I was assured that through the booking agent a refund would be provided but the next day they claimed no refund would be available because I never showed. I lost the cost of a room stay and their customer service was incredible insensitive to the mistake and the general manager even hung up on me in the middle of trying to get it resolved.

Save yourself the trouble Very affordable rooms, but please remember you get what you pay for! This hotel used to be a motel 8 I believe but under the new name of knights inn, it’s just gotten even worse in my opinion. The rooms all have a lingering odor that I can’t identify. There’s police sirens constantly going off. There’s violence and/or car break ins almost every single night. I would never bring my child here. It doesn’t feel safe. It looks like our door has been kicked in, more than once. Just save yourself the time and hassle, spend the few extra bucks and go stay somewhere else!

Horrible service Needs to be updated all the way around. Customer service, the rooms are way outdated, the breakfast is really small for the price they charge for one night. If you want to cancel its a work of God to get some off your money back. Just bad experience

No non-smoking rooms OR customer service My husband is highly sensitive to the smell of smoke - it gives him a headache and makes him nauseous (not exactly how he wants to spend his vacation). Our first “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our second “non-smoking” room reeked of marijuana smoke. We were told we could pay to upgrade to a suite. We were mocked when we didn’t want to pay the difference. We were told that we should probably just go find another hotel (which we gladly did).
