Very positive experience! We stayed her for 1 week with our newborn and our experience was overwhelmingly positive. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our unique requests (like storing frozen breast milk in their staff freezer!) Our room was clean and spacious. The pullout bed was the most comfy pullout I've ever slept on. The hotel was clean, quiet, and inviting. They allowed for late check out and their lobby was a comfortable place to hang out while we waited to leave for our flight. We will likely stay here next time we're in town!

Updated Rooms Were Comfortable The primary call out is the rooms have been updated. The rooms feel more open given where the bed, couches and desks are placed. Also the shows are walk-in's and not tubs, which is nice. While not a major issue given this was a business trip, the TV reception/satellite was inconsistent. Also programming could not be seen in a menu - only by a paper next to the controller. Again, being a business trip this was not a priority, but should be called out. Breakfast options are available, but not dinner yet. Overall a pleasant stay.

Average rooms, needs updating! The location was convenient for us to access the interstate and food locations. Keep in mind if your on the side of the Interstate you will hear it. I used my white noise app. Not too far from downtown as long as traffic isn't backed up. Clean rooms and property inside and out but the property is in need of updating. The rooms are dated with very limited options for plugging in phones or devices. Really just need an overall update from lobby to room. The staff are very friendly and took care of everything needed.

Out of the Way This Courtyard is not downtown, but the price reflects its location. It is clean, well maintained with friendly staff and a complimentary shuttle that runs frequently to the downtown Marriott which is very close to the action. We found this service very convenient with accommodating, friendly drivers. The bed was very comfortable, the room was not huge but very adequate though a bit dated. We enjoyed the quick breakfast bar, and the proximity to the Marriott Austin South with the very nice contemporary Limestone Kitchen and Bar for more sustenance. An affordable choice.

Pre arranged shuttle for wedding failed to return for 2nd group. I never thought I would use "dump" and ''Marriott" in the same sentence. But I am. We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Austin on what I would call Marriott Row as every single Marriott brand was represented. The ONLY reason we stayed here is because we were attending a wedding and the mother of the bride arranged for the shuttle to run us out to the venue. This was done WELL in advance and there were to be two runs. Well, somewhere, somehow. SOMEONE completely, totally, UTTERLY dropped the ball. At least a dozen of us were down in the lobby at 230 for the 245 (second) run. For some reason the shuttle never returned for the 2nd run. None of us really know why. By 3p, we all gave up and drove ourselves the 25mins to the venue. The ceremony had to be delayed 30mins because of this foul up. Again, the ONLY reason we stayed here and not someplace closer and less expensive was because of the shuttle. REALLY bad and HORRIBLE customer service-and never an apology. Whoever is responsible should be fired. This isn't why I am calling the place a dump. I'm calling it a dump because the ice machine on our floor did not work. The room itself was run down-the sliding door stuck; the one the floor above us squeaked a lot. I'm guessing due to the constant opening and closing of it they were probably smokers. This is nitpicky but the grommets on the shower curtain were rusty and at least three of them were not on the hooks. And as long as I am nitpicking, the clock on the microwave had not been adjusted to standard time although the bedside table clock had. A friend of ours who travelled with us was given a room that was not made up. So all in all a bad weekend. I'll have to think twice about staying at a Marriott property again
