Decent 3 Star Hotel - under renovation September 2023 - The hotel is currently under renovation. The business center is closed. We needed a document printed. The ice machines are out of order. The rooms have good AC, but it seems warm everywhere else. The wifi worked well. There are no USB ports by the bed. Probably to be changed with the renovation. The refrigerator worked, but it does not have a freezer compartment. The bar was not open. If you don't mind a hotel under renovation, then this hotel has some good deals. We did not hear pounding going on.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Waste of money. If I could give it a zero, I would. I would have rather stayed at a Motel 6 after our experience staying here. Here are the problems we encountered: 1. No working room phone which is the only way you can call house services or the front desk, 2. Ants in the room, 3. Room key card shortage - seriously, 4. Not enough towels (not just for us but for everyone!); we had 2 towels for 4 people and there were people at the front desk asking for towels each time I was there to ask for some; the answer was always 'we're out of towels', 5. Broken ice and vending machines with confusing signs posted sending people to various floors to machines that were supposed to be working only to find out they were broken too. Some machines only took cards, while some only took coin or bills, so you had to ensure you had both on you while searching for snacks and drinks, 6. No bottle opener - if you needed one, you had to go to the front desk to have them open your bottle, 7. Bathroom vent not working, so after a shower you stepped out into a sauna, thus causing mold and rusting on the fixtures, 8. Old and outdated rooms, broken and very worn furniture, 9. Fridge stopped working, 10. Small beds, 11. One person manning the front desk when they were fully booked, 12. The grounds were very unkept, 13. The tables and chairs on the patios of the ground floor rooms were very rusted and broken, 14. No room service for food; if you want food, you have it delivered or you go out; they have a breakfast buffet for $9 - isn't even worth the walk; very sad selection - I'd rather have McDonald's 15. No room service for cleaning unless you call to request. There's much more I could say but this is a good summary of our experience. If this 'hotel' reflects the standard of Radisson chain, then they've gone extremely downhill!!!! Don't waste your money, folks!

Sad hotel don’t bother This hotel is showing its age and needs a refurbishment. No business center anymore- room is empty no computers. Morning breakfast $ not worth the effort to even look. Room is tired and worn out but bed was comfortable. Dirty carpet, bathtub with dead bugs in it, hair all over the chair in room. Mini fridge in room doesn’t even work. Homeless people walking around the parking lot. Best tip- avoid this dump!
