Can't Recommend This Place Under Any Circumstances My dad, brother, sister and I flew into Austin for two days from Washington, DC to attend a funeral. We booked two rooms, one with two bedrooms. The lobby smelled of roach spray and when we got to our rooms, the first thing we saw was a dead roach on the door. My brother and sister went into their room and my dad and I went to our room next door where I saw another roach. This one was very much alive. Once inside, the smell from the lobby was even worse in the room. We looked around and noticed a huge puddle in the bathroom area. My dad went into the bathroom and the toilet didn't flush. My brother came over to tell us there was no mattress on his pullout sofa bed and my sister was having trouble breathing because of the stench. I decided to check out immediately. The desk clerk asked why we and I shared all the problems. She said our money would be refunded. Three weeks later, that hasn't happened. Because it was so late and we weren't familiar with Austin, I looked for the first available hotel with 4 or 5 stars and ended up paying significantly more than we had hoped. Remember, we were there for a funeral. Other issues were there was a man and his dog in the lobby and a barking dog in the window above us when we entered the hotel. The smells were probably a combination of pesticides and pet smells. I knew none of us would get any sleep under these circumstances and we didn't get situated in another hotel until around 2 a.m. and had to be to the funeral at 9:30 a.m. The whole trip was exhausting. I've called corporate three times and been told my complaint was "escalated" and someone would get back to me in 48 hours. Today makes 480 hours later. At this point, I would never stay at any Extended Stay.

Nope! The room was okay well I saw a roach so they might have a minor infestation. It looks like the pick on the inside but not on the outside. and ppl were playing loud music in parking lot but that was during the evening they turned it off when it came night time. i wouldn't stay here again but the staff was courtesy and friendly. Sorry but i dont like bugs. No Buena!

Not recommended. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Parking lot had trash, lobby was dirty and staff not very interested. 3 people in line and one staff left for the day as I was checking in. The Staff lady who was left had only just started a few weeks ago and did not know how to check the person in who was in front of me. She tried her best. Got me checked in and said I had to leave my ID with her and go check out the room. 1st Room smelled of smoke so I went back and got another room. After getting in the room, noticed no dishes or silverware. TV did not work, Remote was for a different brand of TV. Plugged in the TV and went to the lobby and she had to call someone to tell her where the remotes were. I had to change battery since it had a screw and she had no screwdriver. Went back to the room, and tried to shower after a long drive. Ceiling in bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling, door to the bathroom had gotten wet from some previous guest due to the shower curtain was not long enough to block the water and so had caused the door to get wet. Door had swollen and now was too tight to close easily since it was rubbing on the floor. Exhaust fan was so covered in dirt that it barely ran. Water was luke warm and no pressure - could not easily wash the shampoo out of my head. Bed had one very thin white cover and sheet and squeaked with any slight movement. Room was very well used (moderately clean) and the sofa bed had tears in the brown fake leather upholstery. As I went to unload my car, noticed all the door leading out had rocks placed in the door jam so that the doors would not fully close - I removed rocks from 3 exterior doors to try and help with safety/security since all guests should have a key that would open the doors with key card reader. Room was right on the access road to I35 in Austin and was very noisy with traffic - not the hotels fault - but just be aware. Grab and go breakfast had coffee and hot water and some muffins, but that was it. Was supposed to stay longer, but left after one night.

Great customer service Maiah Salazar is a great example of good customer service always smiling and happy. And very sweet. She definitely made my stay here way better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And will be coming back again!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing stay Management and staff are welcoming and professional and cleaned room came back due to the wonderful staff will definitely be using this hotel for all my travels planned in the future. Hotel can use and update.
