☹️ Review of Home2 Suites by Hilton Cedar Park (July 11-14, 2024) We recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Cedar Park from July 11-14, booking two rooms through Expedia: a Studio Suite King and a Studio Queen with 2 beds. Unfortunately, upon arrival at 3 pm, those rooms were not available. Instead, we were moved to a 1 Queen with a sofa and a 1 Queen Bed Studio. One of the queen rooms was not properly cleaned and felt outdated, with dirty sheets and a less-than-ideal bathroom. The other room, however, was clean. We were promised to be moved to our reserved rooms by noon on Friday, but they were not ready until after 2 pm. After finally moving, both rooms were clean and refreshing. A word of caution: if you book through Expedia, Home2 Suites seems to prioritize direct bookings from their members, so the room you paid for might not be available upon arrival. Despite these issues, Sienna at the front desk and Greg did everything to make our stay comfortable, providing great customer service. However, the phone lines were down, and the internet service was horrible.

Property not up to Hilton standards. Needs new management. Bad internet, carpets dirty, blinds not functioning. I stay in these properties 30 times a year. I would never return to this property. Hilton needs to inspect this property. The grout in bathtub was missing. Phones weren't working at property. 35 minutes to check in. Only one in line.

Mold Food and Hotel Not clean Do not book your Hotel room at this Hotel. The management and staff are not friendly. They do not take care of customers. Hotel was not clean. Swimming area was mess. Elevator area evening time was like a pool puddle. Food was terrible and mold in the food. I talk with GM and he said he will look at it and again mold next day again in the food. Got sick. They don't care for customer health. I was told by manager that since I got sick and all issues, will get full refund. So far not refund at all. Other customers also had same issues.

Don't stay My recent stay at Home2 Suites in Austin/Cedar Park was an absolute disaster. This is by far the worst hotel in Austin/CP. The first issue I encountered was at check-in. The front desk help was poorly trained and had no idea how to handle third-party billing. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get checked in, and the staff's incompetence was glaringly obvious. The customer service was horrendous. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in resolving any issues. Any question or concern was met with a dismissive attitude, making me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued guest. The worst part was the presence of police at the hotel on two separate occasions during my stay. This made me feel unsafe and significantly detracted from my overall experience. While the rooms were clean, this was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, this does not make up for the numerous negatives. The breakfast provided was a joke. The food was consistently cold, and despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation. In summary, the combination of poorly trained staff, terrible customer service, and safety concerns makes Home2 Suites a place I would never recommend. The clean rooms do not compensate for the overwhelming number of issues I faced. If you're looking for a place to stay in Austin/Cedar Park, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They will charge you a $10 Room Tax Fee, that you will NOT be informed of. If your card declines that $10 charge, then they will NOT let you back into your room (even though the entire booking is paid for, and even if you have a pet in there you need to get!). They will kick you out and not care if you have nowhere to go. Disgraceful hotel management, the people at the front desk do not know how to make exceptions for unique situations, nor do they care to even try! Most frustrating part is that they told me that they do NOT accept Discover Credit Cards, but if you look on their website, it CLEARLY states that they do. What a terrible experience.
