Don't book here On arrival for the first week the lady sent me up to a room that had not been cleaned and she said that it was ready. Second week I was told to get out of the hotel cuz I didn't have a reservation and that I would be called on the cops. Third week we were here there was an overdose of a visitor and the ambulance was outside. Fourth week we were here the washer machine didn't work and we were promised that we would get our money back and the owner of the hotel said there's no refunds. Then we asked for large towels towels and we got small towels. Then the last week we were here there was a loud couple right near us and we couldn't sleep we worked 12-hour days so we couldn't go to work we lost money all through this bad experience.

Roach Hotel First room they gave me was trashed like someone was staying in it. Second room they let me try had roaches. Third room they let me try had roaches. I just said forget it an asked for a refund then slept in my car. That’s how bad the hotel was.

Disgusting Only positive was the friendly receptionist and the fact that our dog was welcomed. We had to change rooms 3 times before we got one with a working A/C and without the smoke detector beeping low battery. Property was filthy. The one little spot that had grass for a dog was so covered in litter and feces that out dog refused to go near it. Horrible place!

Disgusting Actual Bolood on the ceiling, mold in the shower, dead bug carcasses in the room , mold on the icebucket, discarded filthy/clothes and dog/ human poo to step over all 3 days during my stay. No resolve from the manager/ owner I was to 'talk to' on Monday beforeI checked out...So Nasty

Cheaters and Lyers - Stay Away i've booked the hotel on booking.com from march 14th to march 19th. On march 14th while going at the airport to take my flight from italy to u.s., due to coronavirus, president trump stopped all the flights between u.s. and italy. On same day i'd promptly called the property letting them know that due to "force majeure" it would be impossible for me to reach the hotel. At the phone they told me do not worry that the reservation would have been canceled and nothing would have been charged. Next day i'de received the full hotel cost on my card of usd 608 and something. i'd writed to hotel and to booking and called immediately the hotel and this time they told me that they've to charge one night giving me back the remaining money, then i'd received an email from hotel customer care stating that they will credit me something around 100 usd, then i'd called again and again and finally they told me that i will have credited the full amount on my card......at present time after 3 weeks nothing happened. I think that i'd loose my money but now is important that this can't happen to someone else....my only confort is that as well as coronavirus also hotel chain like this will be wiped out. ps: i got all the written corrispondance with me
