Nice place Very nice place to stay. It is near the interstate so easy on and off. This was important to us. Small refrigerator with no freezer. Plenty of towels. 120v outlets good. Lighting was good but switches were not obvious. They told us to park our motorcycles in front near the main entrance.

DO NOT stay here! Terrible customer service! Last June I booked a room here through booking.com. I've never had an issue using booking.com before. This hotel gave us the wrong room (a king room instead of 2 queens for 4 not small people) I checked in and walked in to the room and saw it was incorrect. I immediately turned around and went to the front desk. They said the hotel was booked and there was nothing they could do. FINE! I asked for a refund because of the error. Eventually after calling booking.com and clearing it with the front desk woman, she said she would cancel our room and approve our refund. We went home (a 2 hour drive) and then proceeded to drive back and forth for a swim meet the next 2 days. For a total extra driving time of 8 hours!!! I continued to go back and forth with management who couldn't care less about my problem. They said the front desk woman was no longer working there and there was nothing they could do. Eventually after fighting with them, they said they would refund the second day since I have 24 hours notice, which after almost 2 months they eventually did. But I was never refunded for the first night. And it gets better! IHG contacted me and guess what they did?! NOTHING! They agreed with what the hotel did. Apparently terrible customer service comes from the top!

Easy I-90 Access, Denny's Nearby If you're just traveling through and looking for a place for the night, this fits the bill. Right off the highway, Denny's and gas station a few blocks away. We've stayed here several times; each time the clerk at front desk is so indifferent to the customers - strange. Otherwise, good rooms, good sized, internet works well, bed comfy, plenty of bathroom counterspace, decent breakfast - as we said, OK for a overnight stay while traveling through.

Keep track of your belongings Checked in on June 23 for two nights to visit Ashtabula after a Great lakes cruise for 11 days. No problem until we returned to our room on the 2nd night to find my bag of souvenirs from the entire trip gone. I called the front desk and talk to a man , who was very rude and told me nothing has ever gone missing out of the rooms in 10 years. And that they would not have come into my room if we hadn’t checked out. Which was not true, obviously, because we were staying another night, and all of our belongings were still in the room. The bed was made and we we had fresh towels . He basically told me I was lying, and that he would check with housekeeping the next day. I asked him where the trash was and he told me behind the hotel. My husband and I went out and dug through the giant trash dumpster and found my items in the trashcan. I came back in to the front desk and told him that obviously he needs to speak to his housekeeping staff because my bag was on the shelf, not in the trash, and does not look like a trash bag, and it was all in the trash dumpster. He was very rude and told us to tell anyone we wanted but basically “too bad.. so sad.”. He was about 30’s, dark hair, with an accent. I am very disappointed and don’t appreciate his attitude and lies. We have stayed in Holiday Inn express many many times, and never experienced this kind of treatment. Please respond regarding this complaint__
