Perfect place to spend a night on the road. This is an older property that wasn't originally constructed as a Red Roof, but the room I had was newly renovated, clean, quiet, and very pleasant. I was traveling with a medium-sized dog and there was a large and a well-maintained grassy area for walking. Convenient access right off the highway. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Better than we'd expected For a budget motel, I was actually pleasantly surprised by how OK this one was. First and foremost, I have to say that the front desk clerk (a somewhat sassy girl with tattoos) was amazing and exactly who I would want manning the front desk of my hotel. I hope the management appreciates her. The room was clean and appears to have been recently modernized. Nothing fancy, but nothing bad either. If you looked, you could find flaws such as water damaged on the ceiling, but right or wrong, that is kind of expected in this niche of hotels. The common spaces such as the hallways were notably well maintained. The breakfast was bare minimal...but better than nothing and for a value inn. Certainly better than nothing. I would go back for sure.

Dissapointed. Desk clerk not very welcoming. Upon entering room: bathroom light was on, sheets were piled on the chair and bed was unmade. Notified clerk who never appologized, she only muttered a derrogatory statement about housekeeping. She put us in another room. Room we stayed in looked ok at first then after inspecting: -Smelled cig smoke coming thru wall hvac, unit full of dust and dirt. High/cool temp didn't stay on, room felt a little warm and humid. -Wifi password not working. -Desk chair dirty. -Shower head rusty, caulking old and coming out. Water didn't stay warm. -Breakfast meager. Cracked egg in hard boiled egg bowl. -Check out person not friendly. -Floor dirty.

Questionable safety of area; Not completely clean; Only cold items for breakfast We arrived just after midnight. The door to the front desk was locked and a person who was staying there that night eventually let us in (which immediately made us wonder about the safety of the neighborhood). Then it took more time for the front desk receptionist to come back to the front desk. Once we checked in, we were disappointed that we were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. After hauling our luggage and cooler up the stairs, we found our key cards did not work in our door. Back downstairs to the front desk. They exchanged our key cards and said they would watch the hall camera to ensure it worked (more safety questions or maybe all hotels have this now). If not, she would come up. The key cards did not work, and the front desk person arrived in about 3 minutes. She had to use her master key to get in the room and told us that the unlocking device must be broken. Since we did not plan to leave the room until it was time to leave, we were fine with that. The room smelled funny. There was no carpeting on the floor and the laminate flooring looked almost brand new. We thought the smell might have been related to the glue used for the laminate flooring. Fortunately, there was a real window we could open. We aired out the room and fell asleep. The next morning, we found hair in the shower - meaning that whoever had cleaned the room had missed fully cleaning the shower. One of us stayed in the room to let the other one back in, while the other went for coffee and the promised free breakfast. I'd asked him to bring me eggs, bacon, and a bagel. He came back with a piece of toast and a cold hard-boiled egg. He told me everything was cold in the breakfast room - packaged muffins, toast, hard boiled eggs, and not much else. So, we checked out and went to a real breakfast. If you are travelling with someone that will make you feel safe, don't need a hot breakfast, and wanted a cheap rate, this might be an OK place to stay. If you want to feel completely safe, have a completely clean room, and hope to have a hearty breakfast included, this is probably not your best option.

Nice Stay I walked in and the customer service was AWSOME! She treated me like I had been there before, the room was very clean and tidy. My only issue was the breakfast on Sunday morning it was leftovers from the day before, make sure when you say it’s continental breakfast it’s refreshed every day!
