Marvellous Just an incredible experience. It began with the staff greeting us at the Castle doors. We were then whisked to the drawing room where were offered refreshments and were given a tour of the key locations in the castle. Our room was very spacious with all those luxury extras at our disposal. Dinner was amazing, and served by the waiting team in a very professional and friendly manner. We paid a visit to Troon for the golf and we took advantage of the hotels shuttle service. The driver (Neil) was also very friendly and made our journey very enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/boss (Paul) and Ben (Manager) who were both extremely engaging. It was clear their management style runs throughout the business. A massive thanks for assistance during a brief health scare, and for sharing my birthday with me. Regards Paul and Sherree

Superb My husband and I enjoyed a superb 3 night stay at Glenapp to celebrate my husband’s birthday, what a special place this is. We stayed in Garleffin which we really liked as it was light and airy, on the first floor and had a double aspect with views over the front and also across the garden at the back to the sea in the distance.
Dining at Glenapp is a special experience with personalised menus for the daily changing menu put under your door each day and the evening starting with canapés in the drawing room.
All the staff were very responsive and we felt they genuinely wanted guests to make the most of their stay.
Highly recommended for a special treat.

Excellent in every respect From arrival to departure the experience was excellent. The room was excellent despite not being one of the more expensive rooms. The evening meal was perfectly cooked and was accompanied by a very good wine list.
It was also nice that service was not just efficient it was done with personality and several staff engaged us in conversation.
We will certainly be back.

An amazing experience Have just returned from 3 nights at Glenapp Castle Hotel and can’t stop talking about the wonderful experience!
Such an amazing welcome upon arrival and this was an indication of the incredibly high standards experienced during our visit.
The hotel is situated in a most beautiful area of Scotland and offers amazing experiences to appreciate attractions nearby.
The Staff here really know what ‘hospitality’ means and obviously do everything to ensure that all visitors are cared for in the most professional yet friendly manner.
Where to begin writing about the food here? The most amazing Menu is available using the finest ingredients and what wizardry in the Kitchen to produce such amazing dishes.
What more can one say???

a perfect afternnon We visited for afternoon tea. From the moment we arrived until we left it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit. We were told, via the intercom at the gates, how to reach the hotel. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly young man who took our coats and escorted us to our table. The table service was excellent and the afternoon tea was a delight and I would say was good value for money. When we left we had the same treatment as we did on arrival. A very friendly young man who helped us on with our coats and took some photos of us outside the hotel.
