5 stars!!! They were fantastic. From the moment I checked in into the moment I checked out they treated me with so much care and respect. I give a special review to the assistant manager Stephen who was very kind and generous to my entire family and accommodated to us the entire stay. I also give a special review to selvester the bartender who made us laugh and made us feel like family. I love the Environment and how family oriented and fun it is. 100% 5 stars, I would come again over and over.

Good but not visit in the next months We stayed for 10 nights; the hotel was excellent and very well located. The areas for improvement are as follows: there is construction next door, and there is a lot of noise all the time. We had booked a room with a balcony (we upgraded to this one, which is not the cheapest), and they gave us one facing the construction site next door. They could have informed us about this or given us an upgrade since the hotel was not full, and they assigned us that room. It was even uncomfortable to change clothes without closing the curtains. I would not go to this hotel again in the next 6/9 months until the construction is finished. There is also noise at the pool, so if you want to relax, now is not the time. Another issue to improve is that the beach and pool service closes at 5 pm (even though they charge a resort fee for this), while the hotels in the area close later. It is strange to close so early when there is still sunlight. Another issue is the gym, which is very good but closes at 7 pm, which makes no sense since there is never anyone to guide or help you, so why not close it later? In conclusion, we would return, but not for the next 9 months due to the construction next door. One more thing, at check-in, they told us that parking was $20 per day, but at checkout, they charged us $25.

A haven -- don't change a thing! My wife and I just checked out after another sublime stay at the Sea View Hotel in Bal Harbour. In an every-changing and chaotic world, it’s heartening to know that some things are enduring – like the old-world charm of the Sea View. Our regular corner room, while updated and refreshed, still has its reliable and commanding views of all of Bal Harbour and the surrounding areas. It’s just as refreshing and nourishing to sit in our room or on our terrace as it is to lounge at the lovely pool or beach. The scale of the Hotel is manageable and the staff friendly and warm. It’s like visiting your favorite, older relative. Nothing is commercial, over-hyped or over-wrought – as is the case with many national hotel chains these days. The Sea View Hotel is truly a haven – don’t change a thing!

Going down The room was pricey but ok The restaurant was hit or miss The service was great the food good or terrible The pool is now the worse scenario A kindergarten with floaters water guns toys adults and kids taking the pool not letting other clients have a quiet and enjoyable time Will not return

Done Unreal. I came here to meet some friends to have a drink & then perhaps dinner. The concierge was horrible as we entered calling us roamers and to ‘get out! ‘ I asked to speak to manager. He apologized, but didn’t seem too phased by what happened & the poor behavior of the concierge. The hotel is beat up and dated. They should be thrilled we are still even coming there at all. We quickly left, and will never return again. I used to stay at this hotel for its old-school charm but sadly this is lost. I don’t see it lasting much longer from the way the staff is behaving and the way it looks and feels. No life and dead as a door nail . No class left. Shameful behavior & Incredibly rude & insulting. Perhaps they don’t know that there are hundreds of other hotels to choose from! If the owner is reading this, do yourself a favor and get rid of your concierge. Your manager is also too young to care.
