Dated and Worn You can't beat the location, but this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Most of it is age-related, not the fault of the folks who work there. The rooms are dated and the mattress I slept on was a canoe - my back still hurts from one night. Everything was clean but run-down. The shower had plenty of water pressure, which was a plus. The common areas need a facelift, there was plastic tarping on the ceiling.

Standard property with above-standard staff! A pretty standard property but with excellent staff! Everyone we interacted with at the front desk was unfailingly professional and helpful, both for check-in and check-out. The room itself was basic but clean and functional. We did not get to try the hotel’s food services or other amenities due to our schedule.

Better than a Motel 6 but definitely not a Hilton level Friendly staff with limited resources. For a two person rom we had two bath towels and one hand towel. We ask the cleaning staff for an extra hand towel and they didn't have one, instead we got another bath towel. Room was clean but we found public hir and speck of feel matter in the bathtoom toilet area. The air conditioner was overdue for service making quite a noise every time the compressor kicked in . The pillows and sheets were smelly, am not sure if it was because they were old or the pillow cases and sheets weren't changed, I don't know, but they didn't smell crispy clean Restaurant was nothing fancy but the simple fare they serve was very good and staff very attentive.

Nothing But Praise Our most recent stay was made even more enjoyable by a number of employees who deserve to be recognized beyond the Hilton survey I recently filled out. First off is Dan. I've been in touch with Dan via email over the past three years regarding our parking contract. He's always been extremely responsive, helpful and understanding. It was a nice surprise to meet Dan, in person, when we checked in last week. He was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. He is a star employee! Next is Marco. Our party of six sat at the high tops near the bar, enjoying a catered lunch after graduation. Although we were more than happy and willing to dispose of our trash, Marco graciously took it away. He was personable, engaging and helpful. Even later, as we sat in the lobby chatting with friends and family, he refilled our water glasses and left a pitcher of ice water with us. He definitely gets an A+ for service! Last, but not least, is the housekeeping staff on the second floor. They happily provided fresh towels when asked and even made up our room when delivering them!
