Baltimore overnight IHG Staff was friendly, helped my son with parking when he needed to leave late at night, the door man escorted him across the street to make sure he could exit the garage after hours, very nice. We recommend this location

Great Hotel, Wonderful People! From the minute we stepped into the lobby, we felt at home! The employees are so friendly and helpful, and the food is great! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and need to make accommodations.

A Hotel Representing its Historic and Progressive City I stayed one night in this hotel to attend an art opening at CPM Gallery. I love the classic interior design in the as well as the welcoming and friendly staff. I ate breakfast with five friends who joined me at the restaurant downstairs which had delicious and traditional menu for breakfast lovers. Will definitely go back.

Some Staff Prevented any Chance of Return Visit When I booked what was my second visit to this hotel, I was ignoring the noisy air conditioner and somewhat scuffed appearance of an otherwise pretty room because the staff were outstandingly warm and nice. This time I was actually laughed at and ridiculed when making a request by the very staff person I'd thought was especially nice and helpful on the first stay. It is the small comforts that make a big difference when you are away from home. Separate issue, but why would a hotel at this price level not have herbal tea bags available for guests? I was directed to go to the restaurant and ask for them, where a single teabag was doled out. The waiter there on the Saturday night when I stayed was absolutely wonderful. He managed to juggle a huge table along with everyone else in the room. I had a lovely room with a huge bathtub surrounded in clean white marble. But the woman at breakfast was in such a bad mood she had to share it by crashing the silverware down on the tables as she was setting them. This was not the relaxing experience I needed to start a busy day. I'm sad to have to choose not to return to a lovely hotel with easy parking in the lot across the street, convenient to the school where I often take weekend classes.

People matter! The staff here all treated me well, courteous and didn’t seem to mind to be at work. And like chains that hire people that don’t want to be at work. One less thing to worry about. After I made the reservation I called the hotel and they answered the phone, not always the case with the other hotels. They answered my questions no pool no mask requirements and parking available across the street. The day we arrived we are parked across the street came into the Hotel and was greeted cheerfully. Informed us of everything at the hotel and of the dining areas around the hotel. They also have a good assortment of snacks for when you get the late night munchies. I did not get to try the restaurant or the bar but they both looked awesome. I was traveling with small children so I don’t think it would’ve been appropriate for me to go to the bar.
