Days Inn by Wyndham Banning Casino/Outlet Mall

Bad Stay, Broken tv/chairs/shower/fan Not offered different Rm or Refund, asked for Refund begrudgingly offered just 10. Bad! DO NOT STAY! Request Handicapped Rm in reservation. Arrived 3p, 1 broken/other taken. Later saw thru open drapes No one in Either! Rm 108 had Broken TV, front desk came, only 1 channel. Not offered move/refund. Many other broken things

DO NOT BOOK HErE DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!! Maybe it was a singular bad experience. However, we arrived, NO ONE was at the front desk. It was like a ghost town. After about 7-10 minutes a man comes out and get us into our room. We go to our room. It is a sauna. Super hot with the A/C unit blowing hot air with an error code on the A/C display. I go back down to the front desk. Now there is a "Return in 10 Minutes" sign. I wait, about 10-12 minutes. Another totally different guy comes out and I explain the problem. He says he will come check it, as if I would tell him a lie. I go back to the room. We wait in this hot room....he never shows. I go back down to the front desk. Again, the wait 10 minutes sign is out. I wait another 10-12 minutes. No one comes out. I drop our key cards in the box and we go to the Hampton Inn down the road. I did notice their cancellation policy states that "There is no refund of any kind on unused portions of our stay. Unless you return to the front desk within 5 minutes after check in and you have used absolutely nothing in the room." I was at the front desk within 5 minutes of getting in the room and then again after he never showed. It dawned on me that the "Back in 10 Minutes" sign means you can be there to request a refund BUT if they are not there to help you....you have gone past the 5 minute time to request a refund. What a freaking joke! You will waste you money here. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!

One night stay at Banning Days Inn So many problems - we will never return! But it was clean and quiet! TV did not work, toilet seat was VERY loose and could not be tightened, no parking in front of the room, no lamps at the bed (either side), no phone to call the desk - I had to walk to the front desk for each problem. Hard to open the door, and I called for assistance.

Nice rooms Excellent room with nice view and friendly staff it’s prime location near to Starbucks and Morongo casino and shopping outlet and it have both smoking and non smoking rooms there pool is crystal clear everything looks good here thank you for giving good stay
