Great stay Rooms were very clean. Front desk was friendly and aimed to please. Very surprised at the cleanliness. Would definately stay again. Easy to locate in Bath. Lobby had a very comfortable sofa and chairs. Actual room was clean. Towels were a little stained. A little bleach would fix that.

Change the hotel name to Poor Quality Inn. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed. Location is good but that's about it. Key card didn't work in the first room they gave us, we were told "the room is used often so that's probably why", they gave us a different room and that key worked and then the key got deactivated when we left the room the next day. We were told not to eat the breakfast because it was horrible so we didn't even check it out.. room was filthy (see photos), conditioner was used, stained sheets. No one at the front desk to complain to either. Outlets so loose I had to prop a chair to keep my phone plugged in. Dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed. We paid a pretty penny for the weekend too. Will not return.

Clean and Comfortable A quick stop on our way to Niagara Falls. Clean and comfortable room. Good value for the price. Close to wineries and Keuka Lake. Quaint town for a quiet stroll. Chat-a-Wyle restaurant a nice place to eat.

Not the inn we were expecting but close to highway We stayed here for a weekend getaway. Place is located right off the highway. At the onset, the place looked ok and the entrance looked updated however the rest of the place appeared to require updating, repairs and cleaning. We had a king size bed on the top (5th) floor. There is only 1 elevator for the building. Bed was comfy and spacious and room itself was a good size however there weren't any hangers for the bar they provided so could not hang up any clothes. Fridge and microwave worked well. Washroom from initial view looked fine but when you got closer, the shower tiles were gross and dirty, shower head looked filthy, there was even hair on the wall tiles. We did not use the shower at all. We used only a hand towel and face towel and when we returned back from our outing, they were gone and it appeared that someone had attempted to make our bed but really just left it sloppily - if you are going to move things around, just replace it or make the bed. There are stickers throughout the inn saying that housekeeping only makes your room upon request so unsure why someone was in our room in the first place. We stayed 2 nights and did NOT use the shower. As for breakfast, I was surprised that there were no eggs or muffins - these have been offered at all other places we had been to which offered complimentary breakfast - when asked, was advised that they did not get shipment this week. Really should have a sign to say "no eggs". Please make sure you have both cards activated because when we got to our room, we found out that one of the 2 cards did not activate - luckily we were together each time we went back to the room. Staff were friendly and nice though.

NO quality inn. Usually I stay in Comfort Inns, but this year I tried Quality inn in QC and really liked it, so I decided to give a chance to another Quality Inn in Bath and it was a mistake. The room was small, there is no wardrobe. There is nowhere to put your clothes, except for a chest under TV, there is no place to have 3 carry-ons open without stumbling on them. There is a shelf under which there is a place for hangers, but the room has just one hanger. When I noticed it and wanted to call reception for more hangers, my husband pointed out that the shelf was falling from the wall, and we decided not to do it as we were afraid if we hang more there, it would fall from the wall. When I checked the bathroom, there were two more unpleasant surprises there. For 3 people we had 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. I have read in the review that there were no face cloths, and I really didn’t care for them, but I need a floor towel, that I have something to step on when I come out of the bathtub. Another thing that was just disgusting, we didn’t have a new set of toiletries. The shampoo bottle was half used and 2 other bottles were used by ¼. The covid is not over, there is a sticker that the room was disinfected with hospital quality disinfectants. So, you are telling me, you were also disinfecting used bottles? I do not believe in it. I do not know, if it is oversight or just the hotel is cheap, but it really spoiled our stay. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and they do not provide any housekeeping if you do not ask and I am OK with it, but you are offering me half a bottle of shampoo for 3 people? Unbelievable. I never had such and experience before. Then we found out that our standing lamp doesn’t have a bulb, but it was already too late to call the reception as we were already in our PJs, so we had to live the 1st evening with only one lamp. Next morning, we had another surprise. 1st of all the breakfast hours were 6 to 9 a.m. despite the days of the week. All the other hotels I stayed had it to 10 a.m. on weekends. When we came down at 8-30 a.m., the breakfast room was packed, the line-up to waffle station was at least 10 people, there were no vacant tables and when we checked what food is available, only sausages, bread, waffles that you need to make, yogurt and cereals. No pastries, no fruit, no eggs or potato. We realized that if we get in line for waffles, it will take us half an hour as only baking time it 2.5 minutes, and the room will be closing, so we turned around and went to Mcdonald’s. When in the evening we asked on reception why there were no eggs at least, we were told that they do not have any eggs from there supplier for already 2 months. Really? If you advertise breakfast, you provide a breakfast, and if you supplier does not fulfill the agreement, you find a new one. Even during pandemic when hotels provided bagged breakfast, they were better, as they had a full sandwich with egg and meat. I am sorry. When I travel, I need eggs and meat for the breakfast, I cannot just have bread, sausages and a waffle. That is want we had on the second morning. But I could not call it a sufficient breakfast. So, on our 3rd morning we didn’t eat at the hotel again. There is only one person working both on the reception and in a breakfast room. We had to ask for coffee and wait 10 minutes, before the new coffee was brought. If you take all this into account, the money we paid didn’t reflect the service we got. I think the hotel owe us some refund. I would never come back to this hotel again and do not recommend it to other people.
