Recommended, nice place Great hotel and staff. We stayed here for a work conference and had our kids along with us. Their gym is the best in any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at some nice hotels! Rooms are nice, clean, and updated. Great job to the crew here, very accommodating, welcoming, and overall nice staff.

Room had NO WINDOW! Our room’s window had been covered with something opaque so no light came in or out. Turns out the “window” is not even on an exterior wall. The booking website gave no indication that I was booking an “interior cabin” and no mention at checkin. I don’t know how this meets minimum fire safety requirements.

Staff are what make this place 5 star Always stay here and the staff are what make this hotel truly memorable. Joshua at the front desk could not have been nicer if he tried. He truly cares about all guest and makes sure all needs are met. The Anthony was an absolute delight as well. This property is very fortunate to have such dedicated team members.

Amazing Gym I was working out and thinking this might be the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen and then another guy walks into the gym and blurts out “this is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen”. I’m sure there are fancier workout areas at posh resorts, but I’ve never seen anything like this at a hotel.

Disappointed….. No baggage carts available (my wife is handicapped and has medical equipment). Upon entry into the room, the toilet would not flush. The breakfast, which was and additional charge and a buffet, was not very fresh. Upon departure, it was raining and still no baggage carts and the front cover was full of unattended parked cars….
