I had a bad attitude very upset because the housekeeper I had wouldn’t service my room so I went found another one but she apologized for it & remained calm she was a very friendly house keeper name Deana serviced my room very well left fresh towels, changed my linen, garbage, wiped down everything & my room even cleaned my ac filters because they were filthy! my double queen room had an awful smell but when I returned I can tell it been clean good bleached. DON’T GO! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in around 1:30 and it took 20 minutes for an employee to even appear and when I did see him he made no effort to assist me or apologize for his absence. Refused to provide me with the information to speak with a manager or corporate. He refused to provide his names and had a horrible attitude.

Noxious paint fumes permeated the building Room repainting in progress while hotel was occupied with guests. No air filtration system on 2nd or 3rd floors. Fumes too strong to stay. Even the workmen wore masks. Complained to receptionist who offered a free breakfast. Health issues dictated hasty move of all family members to another hotel.

Great staff ruined by management Whew let’s get into! I have some time since I’m sitting waiting for my flight!!! After traveling well over 12 hours to get my baby to Southern for a campus tour, I finally arrived to this property and was greeted by a very nice young lady as well as a young lady she was training. I gave her my name and nothing came up which was odd because the person who booked the room for me called and switched the names but ok. I gave her the confirmation and she pulled it up and tried to assist me but the computer wouldn’t let her change any information. So she enlisted the help of her agm Lenaya Bell… LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IF SHE COMES OUT TO HELP JUST TURN AROUND AND TAKE AN L because listen; first she told the young lady directly in front of me; not to the side, not in the back; that she wasn’t even supposed to confirm the reservation was here since it wasn’t in my name. She kept over taking the young lady who was trying to tell her I’d given her the confirmation number. She rolled her eyes snatched her key and said, “I’m not getting in trouble for this.” And walked away. I am assuming the housekeeping or sales supervisor ended up helping me with no avail so I just had them cancel that I would book a reg rate room for a night and figure things out. Through the midst of it all their systems were down and I had to check myself into my room via my phone and someone walked us to the room with the master key. Room was fine yet the tv and phone wasn’t working. No biggie they said the system was down. My daughter and I head out for a very long time to come back and neither was still working. The pm shift front desk clerk switched rooms for me and it was fine but the room wasn’t all that clean. So my kid and I showered in the other room. Fast forward it’s Friday evening and I’ve noticed I didn’t receive any hotel service. Saturday morning; my check out day, housekeeping decided they wanted to start banging on my door at 9a (which I thought check out was at noon) I let her know I’d be checking out at 12. She came back at 10:30 and 11:45. When she came at 10 I asked for towels since I wasn’t serviced and the housekeeper said shed have to go and grab a couple sets from an empty room. No one returned. So I went downstairs and Ms. Alice (please give her a raise or promotion) literally took charge of the issue and brought me towels! As I was leaving the room because clearly they needed it for something the phone began ringing.. I’m assuming it was 12 and front desk was calling Got down to the front desk and was greeted by the young lady who assisted with check in. (I feel so bad because she’s training and she’s being thrown to the wolves) (I work in hotels and had to assist her with helping a guest because her agm rudely walked away from her). I asked for the general manager Tamitha? Information and was told she refused to give that out so I will be formally contacting the district or regional manager for this property. The age is extremely rude to her employees yelling at them in front of guest and even going as far as telling her boss she wasn’t training the young lady no more.. ma’am why do you work in hotels this is not the industry for you. You don’t empower your associates. You just belittle them and I truly hope Hilton remove their flag sooner rather than later. When did it become wrong for a front desk agent to show a meeting room to a guest in sales departments absence. It’s really the agm or gm’s job but a new employee too initiative and got chewed out for it. Would you rather her have revenue walk out the door? Let me point this out: all support staff were friendly always spoke with a smile and held conversation.. they are being lead to destruction. Clean house! I won’t be returning. I’ll be staying across the street when it comes time to move my baby into her dorm. Marriott will get my business

Poor customer service I just checked in and the clerk was so unfriendly and would not smile. I stay at Hiltons all the time for work. One of the perks of being a Hilton Honors member is getting a free bottle of water at check-in, not a big deal but very helpful when you have traveled a long way and are checking in. It's one of the reasons I typically choose to stay at a Hilton hotel. The clerk refused to give me a bottle of water unless I purchased it. When I got to my room I checked my status and sure enough, I am entitled to that bottle of water. It's not about the water. It's about the unfriendly unprofessional clerk who doesn't know Hilton procedures and who made me feel like I was an unwelcome guest.
