nasty, nasty, nasty Absolutely awful. Booked a double bed room stating 4 people were staying with us, only for them to give us 2 small dirty stained towels, and stated we couldn’t get any more until we returned the others. Elevator button on third floor was just a hole in the wall. Phone in elevator had electrical tape holding it together. Mats were STAINED with some substance. Small children running into the elevator with us, running all in between our feet trying to check in. Bathroom was horrific, mold on the ceiling, zero shampoo/ any toiletries, rust on the wall & door, and zero bath mat. I think the mendez brothers have better beds in jail than here. Prison cell beds. So unsafe. People walking up and down hall screaming, doors being wide open, and the locks do not work. Felt safer bringing my belongings with me than leaving them. Will never stay here again and would not recommend.

Pet friendly if you pay the fee never again I booked a room with priceline when I get there the door lock was broken they switched me rooms the next room was Nasty then they said absolutely no pets but for 30 each they could stay I have 2 pets they are well trained service dogs so I told them I wanted to cancel m6 room I'm not paying 30.00 each they said call price line I called them this morning and they would not refund my money said its up to the motel

Horrible. Disgusting. Dirty. Unsafe. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Walked in and there was bulletproof Plexiglass on the front counter. Clerk was talking on the phone and never looked up. There were three people cleaning the floors in the small lobby. One lady swept the dirt over our shoe and said, "Excuse me." The other lady was spraying cleaner on the floor and dusting it after the sweeping lady. Another man was toting a mop bucket. The entry mats were stained as were the walls. Dirty. Disgusting. We walked out having completely paid for two nights knowing we would lose the money. Our safety was more important than losing the money. This place is horrible.

Bugs, Smell, Horrible Manager and so much more! We booked the hotel for 2 nights we checked in. I went outside to unload the car and grab my family. We went into our room 103. Immediately the smell hit me as we walked in. I looked at my family and they said how did we end up here. as we unloaded the cart, I walked around the room and it was horrible. The TV was hanging off the wall over a tall cabinet and that was so much dust on the cabinet. Next, we went into the restroom and there was a roach on the counter. Then roach eggs were in the corners of the restroom. The bathroom was not clean. Finally, we pulled the sheets back and hairs all in the sheets. We went to the front desk and told her all of the issues. I told her that we were checking out. Totally less than 30 minutes. Called the online booking site and they called the hotel and the manager said we were in the room for an 1/2 hour, and we had to pay for the one night. I was outraged and wish he would have come out from the back to at least apologize. We left and vowed to never go this route again. We immediately went to check into the Springhill Suites. I promise you will be very disappointed!

Ok I really didn't like it poor customer service No clean sheets and towels Ro smells funky Bathroom won't right People on Drugs hard and everywhere Price busting my head and the key system don't work also it be so cold they give u a sheet to cover up with.
