If I could give it a Negative Star I would If I could give it a negative star I would. This is not a place you want to take family to unless you want to catch disease. The rooms are at least 20 years behind major renovation, bathrooms full of mold, walls, ceiling carpet dirty, smelly, and have dark stains. Free morning breakfast is more tailored for pets then human consumption which explains why so many people with pets were in the cafeteria. The only positive one star is the location which is conveniently located near some descent restaurants. In summary if I was planning to do drugs this would be good spot as you would blend in with hotels vibe. Totally disappointed and will not set for there again.

Not Very Clean This hotel needs to hire more custodians. The room was dirty and required housekeeping to come up after we checked in. Also, the air-conditioning was not cooling very well despite turning it to the lowest temperature.

Who would have guessed? It was GREAT! Being a senior citizen and just driving 560 miles, I just wanted any hotel we could find that would be close to Hwy 10 so we could get off and on easily. This hotel fit the bill and I was a bit skeptical seeing the clientele. But it was the CLEANEST, the quietest, and the staff was outstanding. AND, the next morning we had the BEST breakfast in the last 10 days---REAL eggs! scrambled just right---AND sausage---AND an array of bread and other offerings including fruit! The price we paid was reasonable---very economical and just KUDOS to the owners and workers at this hotel. Was a delight to tip the housekeepers as well as the breakfast staff. THANK YOU!

How does this place have 4 stars?!? I stopped at several Choice Hotels on my trip from FL to CA to WA. This was by far the worst stay I had. I went in to request a room. There was no one at the desk, so I rang the bell. Waited for several minutes. Rang again. Waited again. Another customer came in and rang the bell a whole bunch of times. The gal popped her head out from upstairs and said she'd be down in a minute. It appeared she had her child up there. I was finally checked in. My Mom and I opened the door only to be blasted with a stuffy, hot and musty smell. Opened the window right away. The room itself appeared VERY dated. The kind where even the best cleaning job would not help. We were very tired so we just hit the rack and dealt with it. It was at this point that the fan on the air conditioner sounded like you were pouring gravel into a grinder. It did this every 15 mins. on the dot. I didn't get much sleep, if any. Morning came and we headed down for breakfast. There was still 45 mins left until it was over so I thought I was fine. Wrong. There was 1 yogurt, a 'community' cream cheese, 2 muffins, a few slices of plain bread a few apples and some oldish looking eggs/sausage. Just grabbed coffee and left. Was also charged much more than the rate that was listed on my choice hotels app. I will not be back to this location and made me hesitant of staying at any other Quality Inn.

Great Welcome We were in Baytown for the NHRA Spring Nationals and were blessed by Quqlity Inn and their great staff ! We were greeted by Ms Laura Martinez with a smile and a great Welcome ! Exactly what we needed after a 5 hour drive from New Orleans, LA to Baytown, TX! Thank you Laura and the entire staff that showed us that the Quality Inn and the employees truly holds up the name of this Inn..."Quality"!
