Must stay Hello my name is Cassandra Oxendine. I was in room 126 and let me first start off saying that the room service and the faculty was excellent and couldn't ask for anything better. The breakfast was also a good experience everything was great there as well, but when it some to night time we had a few restless night's that we really couldn't get any rest cause of the Tennessee kids  that was running up and down the hallway and knocking on our door , where we could not get any rest it took us till about 4 or 5 am to go to sleep due to this problem and i think that i should  get a refund for everything that i have went through while i was here and having to go through the stuff that i had to encounter while i stayed  here, I come all the way from Lumberton North Carolina to go to the World Series that my nephew was playing in  and i had to encounter restless nights when i needed my rest to go to the game's the next day and should i say some days we had to play double games, so u just image how i felt out in the heat after i had hardly had and rest. and two of the Tennessee boys about knock me down in the hallway and i'm Disabled the reason i was writeing this email is because i was one of the ladys thats was complaining and i haveint heard nothing thank you

Hotel Stay The staff were friendly, gave us everything we needed. The breakfast was cold, the room was not very clean. Most of the outlets didn't work well. Sheets and pillow cases were clean but stained. I guess you get what you pay for. Dont let the pictures on the website fool you.

USMC Family Day & Graduation! Location Location Location. We stayed here 4 nights for our sons USMC Family Day & Graduation. Free Paper **and on Graduation Day our Grads name was printed in Local News Paper. Warm Continental Daily Breakfast. The couch in the rooms living area pulls out into a bed. There’s a door that separates living room from bedroom. Plenty of parking and you can walk across the street to a Publix and McD’s. There’s a glow golf within walking distance as well! The pictures Trip Advisor has for this hotel are not updated. This hotel is dated, however it’s been updated with fancy bathroom sinks etc, newer carpet, painted and cold A/C! New Tile etc. Comfortable seating outside in front of hotel. The Second Floor has a washer & dryer we used during our stay. $2.50 wash & $2.50 to use dryer. Vending Machine on 3d floor by the elevator. On the 1st floor there’s an ice cream vending machine. Budget friendly hotel. Thank you!!

Somewhat Dissapointing Initially I was going to rate this place with a “5” but ended up with a couple of concerns. Check in was perfect, the man at the desk was friendly and professional. He specifically told us that breakfast would be from 7-10 the next morning. We went to the indoor pool but it apparently is not heated so I didn’t get to swim. Also the pool area has only ONE table and FOUR chairs. Really disappointing. Next morning my husband went to the dining area only to be greeted by a sign saying “No breakfast.” He said that the only thing available was coffee. There are many other hotel options in Beaufort but I chose to spend a little extra for the indoor pool and breakfast.

Beware: Mobility Accessibility Nightmare Much like the review written by Sightsee04534320128 in April 2024, this hotel did not make it clear that the only room with a roll-in shower for my wheelchair bound mother to use was the King sized room. We also were told upon arrival after a long 6 hour drive that they did not have a room suitable for her needs because "you booked a hearing impaired room." So not only was this a shock but the staff placed the blame on us and did nothing to assist us. We were simply told, in essence, to go find another place because the only room with a roll in shower was in use. There are several things they could have done to make this less traumatic for my family, like check to see if the people in the King room truly needed the roll-in-shower and would consider a swap, or offer a shower chair in the hearing impaired room or help us find another hotel in the area, or calmly show us how to book the proper room in the future on their website (which is convoluted). We asked to see the hearing and mobility impaired accessible room to see if we could make it work for my mom and to our surprise the hearing and mobility impaired room didn't meet standards from what we could see! The items listed here were not in the room! When we brought this to the attention of the manager, Mr. Chetan Patel, he was rude, interrupted me, made excuses about the building being 20 years old, and finally told me to just leave. The happy ending of this saga is that we had a family member with military id and was able to find a lovely, clean, quiet and fully accessible room on the Marine Aircraft base - Inns of the Corps. Save yourself the trouble and skip the Country Inn & Suits at Beaufort, SC. if you need mobility accessibility.
