Very nice hotel! This hotel included a breakfast bar. The staff was helpful, friendly and prompt. I was here for a convention for 5 days and my flights were cancelled by the airline. They accommodated me without hesitation. The rooms are spacious and clean. The meeting areas were well sized with different options. Would definitely come again If I was in the area.

Poor maintenance, A/C that doesn't work, and no effort to make things right Oof - not sure how this hotel can have the positive ratings that it has. The hotel is poorly maintained and operated - so bad I'm writing my first-ever hotel review. One of the two elevators was not operating. One entrance had a sign saying it was permanently locked while the hotel was updating its key system (but in reality, I tried my key and was able to get in despite the sign). The 5th floor ice machine didn't work. There was a half-full bottle of water left in the room. They use pump-style shampoo/conditioner, but the shampoo pump was sitting on the bathroom counter not mounted in the shower. No pump for body wash, but only 1 bar of soap was provided so I moved the bar back and forth from shower to sink. The shower tub also didn't have a drain cover/plug. The third floor smelled musty with a hint of smoke. The A/C worked ok my first night, but wasn't keeping up the following morning while I was working from my hotel room. I asked the front desk for someone to come look at it, but nobody came to look at it in the next couple hours that I was still working in the room. I had to go out for the afternoon and early evening, but room temperature was at 75 degrees when I got back despite being set in the 60s. I asked the front desk (different person from in the morning), but they couldn't find any record of the A/C being worked on. Since maintenance was gone for the day, I asked for a different room but was told they were all sold out and it was too late to have my old room cleaned up for selling to someone else. The front desk clerk found a box fan for me to take up to the room for the night. The next morning I double-checked again that maintenance would come work on the A/C while I was gone for the day. On arriving back at the hotel in late afternoon, the front desk checked and told me that maintenance had fixed the A/C. But when I got to my room, the temperature was still 76 degrees. I went back down to front desk, and they sent someone up to look at it. The maintenance person looked at the unit visually and played with the thermostat, then said he couldn't fix it and said he would ask the front desk to reassign me to another room. They called up to the room and said, again, that they were sold out. When I looked online, I could see that it was still possible to book a room for the night - when I went back downstairs and pointed out that they were still selling rooms for the night, I was asked if I wanted that room...at the advertised online price, which was higher than the rate I had booked and I don't think they were going to refund me for the initial room. When I complained that it was their fault not mine that the A/C wasn't working, I was then told that the online availability was so that they wouldn't overbook the hotel, which makes no sense and is actually backward (if they were worried about overselling, they wouldn't be offering more reservations). Manager came by and asked if we needed help - front desk clerk said no, but maintenance guy advocated for me and asked the manager to help. The manager approved "upgrading" me, but really it was the same room type on the 5th floor rather than 3rd floor. At least the room was cool. But a couple hours later a poor family of 4 was trying to get into my room - I talked to them and obviously the front desk hadn't processed my room change properly. The front desk called my room a few minutes later to confirm who I was. Oh, and by the way, during all this going back and forth between my room and front desk, I saw another lady taking a box fan up to her room, so another A/C unit that wasn't working. Occasional maintenance issues will happen, and a few of the above would be minor on their own, but the sheer number of broken or poorly working items in this hotel shows that management doesn't care. Otherwise, a little spot-checking and oversight would solve many of the issues. Also, the unwillingness to make things right for their own problems was astounding. Just horrible customer service - they clearly have decided that they can maximize revenue by claiming there's nothing they can do and handing out box fans.

Awesome Staff We were there during the computer systems were down. Jackie and her team did everything possible to make things good. Jackie was there at 11pm on Friday night and back before 8am on Saturday morning to make sure that she was their to assist her team. The hotel itself is a little old but it works and it was very convenient to visit the National Air Force museum.

Never Again we stayed 3/13 - 3/15 in room 503.. which gives us $20 a day credit. We only used $9 of the $40.. but it was still on my bill when we checked out. I brought it up with the young lady at the front desk and she apologized, took all my info and said management would be reaching out to fix it... here we are a week and a half later and nothing. I shouldn't have to fight for what you say we are supposed to get. RIDICULOUS! I was forced to call Hilton and file a formal complaint. It's bad enough that Hiltons greed took breakfast away for a lousy ten dollar credit that doesn't get you anything in the pantry, but they don't even honor that. Am I the only one noticing a rapid, steady decline with Hilton properties lately? Marriott is looking better more and more...

Good Property - to bad its is Hilton An excellent choice if going to Air Force Museum. Plenty of parking. Hotel is well maintained. Only complaints were that Hotel is not open for dinner (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Last place you want to eat is Jersey Mikes (within walking distance). Worth driving than eating there as both food and service was less than lousy. The pool heater was down so another bummer. Hilton was stuck it to Honors Members with giving $$$ versus free breakfast. $$$ did not come close to covering cost of breakfast.Looking at switching to Marriott or Hyatt for this reason alone. That is not hotel fault but Hilton greed. All in all would highly recommend
