Loved my stay Let me start by saying that we traveled with our family knowing we are still in a post/mid pandemic world. Housekeeping is not a daily thing, restaurants are not fully operational yet and staffing is a challenge, this really is common knowledge. Even with the challenges that hotels have been thru, I loved my stay here. The staff was so amazing...and Jessica at the front desk was the best. I called every day for 3 days to make sure I would have rooms near each other (we booked 2 rooms for our trip). She even made sure our rooms were adjoining. So having said that let's get down to some pointers you may need when you choose this site: 1. Yes , this hotel is very spread out and you most likely will have a walk from the desk to your room. If you need a closer room simply ask for that when you make your reservation. 2. As of the date of this review the restaurant was not open yet but breakfast boxes are available in the lobby. This is not a "free breakfast" hotel. Unless you are a Gold or diamond member you will be expected to pay for this. The lounge has an assortment of salads, sandwiches and desserts to order in the evenings if you want a lite meal or snack. And my oh my the dessert was yummy..they also offer Smore's kits for at the fire pits. 3. Housekeeping is not done daily....if you need something all you need to do is ask. These people are very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean upon check in. Yes the rooms are rather dated...but old is not Dirty. 4. The fitness center was AMAZING and open 24 hrs. The pool was an average indoor pool and closed at 10. We only spent one day at the pool...actually only about 2 hours...we were there for a week but were out and about the whole time. There was a cool balcony off the pool area to sit on if you wanted fresh air while the kiddos swam. Did I mention the volleyball net and tennis courts. Pretty neat 5. There are not microwaves in the rooms. I know this has become a norm in most places. I saw this prior to packing so we brought a small spare we had. I do not know if the desk has some to use or if there is a fee...but just call and ask. Ladies and gentlemen...if you are reading this please remember.....THE ENTIRE WORLD is short staffed right now. This is not an excuse for poor customer service, but it is a reason for certain pre covid "expectations" to not be met. This Hotel Rocked it with Customer service. They may not have had all the Amenities they offered pre covid...but the smiles and kindness were still there. I can't wait to go back. Travel safe everyone and BE KIND

Not as good as it once was The property is not kept as nice as the pictures. You could tell it was a very nice hotel back in its day, but not anymore. The back door of the hotel is open 24 hrs no lock. Not very safe in my opinion.

Disappointing The facility is huge so it’s great for large groups. The hotel itself is a bit dated. The decor is very old. The beds, however are comfortable. Service is lacking at the bar and front desk. Management was unavailable during time of stay, still unavailable after a hotel emergency, and have not returned a call for 48 business hours. We should have looked for a Marriott.

Fire alarms I know this isn’t something they can control, but the fire alarms went off every four hours. I only got two hours of sleep. People next to us were way too loud, banging on the walls. Not satisfied. Don’t

Served it’s purpose Our bed was comfortable but the shower was stained and dirty. The bathroom was also extremely small. There was also no microwave. We went to get drinks from the vending machine and they were either sold out or only took dollar bills. Room service was also not an option and their restaurant had minimal hours of operation.
